Reviews of Bella's House

Bella is a great host who will give you all the information needed and some more. She'll recommend restaurants, places to visit and how to spend your time in Evora. The place has all that is required. It is a studio apartment on the ground floor in a pedestrian alley right in the middle of old town Evora. Walking distance to all tourist attractions. There are no windows onto the street, only onto a small patio in the back. You can park the car around the corner (paid) or outside of the city walls (15 minutes walk) for free.

You cannot drive up to the front door, but you can leave the car close enough.

Good location inside the walled city - but a bit away from the noisier sections near the Giraldo Square.

Bella’s House is located in the centre of Évora. but still, it’s very quiet. Bella welcomed us and took the time to recommend the best places in the town. She is very enthusiastic, which made our stay perfect. Parking is easy and free, just outside the walls.

Great location , clean and had all we were looking for .

Very hard to find (not address ) .she needs to put a sign Bella’s house .we had everyone in area looking for where we were staying ( lucky they like Australians) and a neighbour rang her she needs to install a code lock door and tell you the number when u have booked.

Bella was a lovely host, who helped us with parking our car and then took us to the property to show us the amenities. She gave us loads of recommendations for exploring Evora. The flat was really well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and it's a close walk to town.

A little dated but didn’t take away from the stay.

The location is great, the space is big enough for a short stay and has everything needed

There was a strong smell of the wood finisher in the room used on some of the furniture, we hoped it would air out by night time but unfortunately it didn’t. We are sensitive to smell so it affected our sleep.

Comfortable bed.

Not accessable by car (which was not mentioned), no parking anywhere close, plus you need to switch on/off fuses in the electricity box if you want to use any appliance in the kitchen... There were no hot water in the shower...

Bela is an excellent host who welcomed me like a an old friend. The cosy house is perfect for a solo traveler with a spacious bathroom and kitchen facilities including coffee maker, microwave and stove. The location is an easy walk to the bus station and the historic attractions around town. It is a quiet and safe area.

Location great, close to a parking place and doesn't require driving through the small streets. Bella was very nice, explained everything about the city and gave us a great recommendation of a restaurant with amazing local portugueses food.

Our host, Bela, was amazing, and she made all what it takes to make us feel like at home.We will be back for sure. The house is very comfy and the bed is awesome, we have had such a good rest.

Location, town vibe, and especially the owner Bella were all amazing. The house was spotless, quiet, comfortable, and totally felt like home! Bella is amazing. I hugged her just after meeting her... She's just a gem 🫶
