Well organized and decorated apartment, also communication was very good. It is located in a very nice part of the town, right above a main square. A.C in both roomes was a perfect bonus. We really loved our stay

Entering with a code in our own time was convenient for us walking the Camino Nascente. The studio apartment was more spacious than anticipated with high ceilings & good natural light (large bay window). Very comfortable & convenient with everything we needed including a small dishwasher, all behind neat smooth light panels (cupboard doors). Spotlessly clean. Good bedding. A table to sit & eat at & an additional comfortable chair. Small bathroom, but sufficient. Excellent value for money. I'd stay again.

Good location, big rooms and very clean. We stayed here on two occasions, and had different rooms. Both were big, well stocked kitchen, coffee, tea, fridge, freezer etc. Good showers and a water bottle on arrival.

The bed was too hard, it should have had a top mattress. The pillows were too flat. And even though the room is sound insulated to the outside, we could hear everything in the hallway, and the doors to the rooms slam very loudly. I woke up from it in spite of earplugs! Also the cleaners started very early, so unfortunately sleeping in was not an option. They could also do better with sunblocking in the rooms... There is a smart TV but it's not connected to the Internet. That could have been improved, so that it would be possible to watch Netflix / YouTube etc. All in all, good value for money and good location in Castelo Branco. Would come back here, but would bring our own top mattress, pillows, sleeping mask and better ear plugs - as a good night's sleep is the most important when you stay overnight.

The entire process from booking to check-in to check-out was as smooth as it could possibly be. The apartment was great. Perfect size for us and the location was central and within easy walking distance to wherever we wanted to go. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The condition is very good! The room is comfy and clean!

It would have been nice to have salt and oil in the kitchen. The communication with the property was great before our arrival, but after we got there it was really poor, we stayed for 3 nights and they ignored our first message via WhatsApp entirely, then on the second night we messaged to ask about leaving luggage there, no reply. We texted again the third day, still no reply. We called the number and it was this guy who said he didn’t understand English and he would translate our message and reply immediately. But still no reply for several minutes!!! We then translated our message to Portuguese then he finally replied in Portuguese. So it was us doing all the translations, finally we left the luggage and told him that we were gonna pick it up at two, and when it was 2 o’clock, and when we came back to pick up the luggage, he didn’t respond. Then we had to call again and it was again him saying that he didn’t understand English so he was kind of frustrating and it was quite odd because the communication before our arrival was pretty good in English, and it was quite weird that after we got there, all the messages in English was simply ignored, and he would only respond our messages if it was already translated in Portuguese and he would respond in Portuguese and as a hotel for international guests, we found it a bit unprofessional.

Unbeatable location right in the middle of everything! You can see up to the castle, and are right on the main street with easy walking to the train or bus station, shops, and restaurants. The check in is a breeze, contact-free for check in and out with coded doors, and the manager is great. He is very responsive if you need anything and helps right away!

The apartment was simple and basic, but the highlight was definitely the washer—which was a huge plus since we’d been traveling around Portugal for several days and needed to do laundry. It was also surprisingly quiet, even though it’s located right in town. A practical and convenient stay.

Second time staying at this apartment. Great value for money. Comfortable and well equipped. Very clean and easy check in and out.

First apartment we had was a bit more spacious and this time round the pillows could have been better. Minor quibbles since it really is excellent 👌
