Lighting in the master bedroom is vey limited.

The apartment faces the canal and it is located in the city center. There is a parking spot just on the other side of the canal which is very convenient since the center is a restricted area. The apartment is big, great to accommodate a family and the apartment is cleaned everyday. Hosts are very attentive and ready to answer.

Problems with wifi connection off and on throughout stay. But hey, forced us all to concentrate on more important things in life!

Almost everything. The unit is well-located, very comfortable, clean well-appointed & maintained. A little unfortunate confusion at check-in communication through Booking.com but Ana & Carmen were very responsive, helpful & easy to work with overall.

The location of this lovely apartment is excellent and very convenient for exploring Aveiro on foot. Parking across the canal was close, free and easy. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of clothes storage. Air conditioning is a big plus, and the views from the windows are wonderful. The well equipped kitchen was great for our meals. The host left treats for us in the fridge which is very kind. Carmen is lovely and it was nice (and unusual) to have the apartment cleaned daily. We enjoyed the apartment and Aveiro very much and would happily return.

Second bed mattress collapsed on one side due to futon slats disengaging. The canal was noisy with passing boats.

It will be more perfect if a lift is available in the building as it is a challenge for us to carry the heavy luggages upstairs.

The host is very nice and the property is located in a perfect location. Can reach a free parking area in a few minutes and easily walk to the major attractions of the city.

People with mobility issues might have a little difficulty with the stairs inside the apartment.

The apartment is very well located in the centre of Aveiro, the view for the canal can be enjoyed from the living room and from one of the bedrooms. Very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Would have been worth it to stay for a little longer.

The oars on the bed as a headboard looked fantastic but were rather impractical! Not the hosts fault but construction work in the vicinity going on at the time of our stay caused us a few issues.

Dina the host was superb, the location of the apartment is fantastic being just in front of the canal and around the corner from lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable. Free parking is available on the opposite side of the canal and dogs are accepted for a small charge.

The only thing that marred our stay was there was a major road around 150-200 metres in front of the apartment, It looked quite a recent addition and before it was there you could have seen the lagoon, but having said that with the windows closed you couldn't hear it at all, also I wouldn't let it stop you booking for one or two nights here as everything else was great 😁👍🏻

We liked just about everything about our stay, Dina was very accommodating, and met us to show us around, the place itself was spotless with all the equipment you may need, the location was great with just a 5 minute walk to the old part of town with its bars and restaurants, the gondolas and markets.

Everything was perfect!!! Great flat, beautifully decorated. Kitchen very well equipped, great bathroom and super comfortable mattress. Ms Dina is a great hostess!!! Attended all our requests with great care. Very professional and attentive. Really appreciated all her help, preparing a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. A huge thank you to her. ♡ Wish we could have stayed longer. Totally recomend this place!!!

Adorable feel of a seaside cottage:) Accommodations were comfortable and facilities were updated in a modern style with all the conveniences you could want. Location was outstanding with a view of the canal as the gondolas passed by. Couldn’t have hoped for a better place!!
