Everything was basically as expected.

The place was nice and clean with access to a small common kitchen where we could prepare our breakfast and eat on the small littel terrace outside. The lady hiring the room was very nice and helpful.

The next door neighbors had barking dogs that did get annoying at times. But the mostly shut up during the night.

Its a shame for the host,because its not a reflection on her accommodation, but the 4 dogs next door are really noisy at times. They bark thru the night although it doesn't last long ,owner of the dogs obviously doesn't care,but its very annoying

Everything was perfect

The host was super cute and helpful. The room was the cleanest we have seen on our whole trip! The location is super central and still quiet. We stayed there for 5 nights and the dogs weren't an issue for us and we think they got used to us so didn't bark anymore at the end.

Everything was as shown in the pictures, the property was clean and included the basic cooking utensils that you would need to prepare a meal. The host was also very welcoming and was available to answer any questions.

The terace where you can eat your meal is not private. It is just one table and four chairs in front of the kitchen with no view, it is ment for all guests and maybe the owners too? So it can be quite busy.

We didn’t know where the communal kitchen is, but we didn’t need it this time anyway. Would be nice if someone could show at checkin where it is for people that need it.

Such a nice and small place. Extremely clean rooms and the balcony is perfect to watch the sunsets. Casa Gigi is only a few minutes walking away from the beach and a lot of good restaurants. I loved that the room had a small fridge and also a kettle, so I was able to make my coffee in the morning. Small things that make your stay perfect. I would definitely come back!

The house is next door to a wild, untrained dog that barks at anything it sees moving, so prepare for barking spurts from early morning to late evening. There's a second dog but it only barks if the other one gets going first. Specific to the apartment: The bathroom shower is very narrow, so don't drop the soap. Not an issue for me, but something to be aware of. I also couldn't find a power outlet in the bathroom. Mold was in the kitchen cabinets/drawers under the sink (leaky sink?). The street lights are on all night, so don't forget to close the shutters before bed!

The hostess was friendly and helpful, even though my Portuguese was limited. Everything was kept clean. Casa GiGi is in the center of town in easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and surf schools. The bed was big and comfortable.

The property is everything you need for your stay in Sagres. It is clean and tidy. We had no issues during our stay. The host was very nice and offered to clean the room daily which we didn’t need. Great location. Walking distance to the beach, port and many restaurants.
