Good place to stay in Sagres. Carla is very helpful. Since our room was already ready we could check in in the morning. Very rich breakfast. No problem for parking. Room is clean and spatious.

Lovely, friendly host who made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was great and served to the table. We could hose our wetsuit and dry our clothes outside after a beach day. Facilities and daily cleaning were absolutely lovely.

Just minor things. Breakfast: no vegetables (but generally you cannot expect vegetables for breakfast in Portugal, except chain hotels) Hotel: There is no place when you may comfortable work on a computer, the table in the room is small, the table at the common area is comfortable, but with no access to the electric socket. Room: a folded bag rack would make life easier.

Location: A good base to explore south-west end of Europe. We set here our base to make part of Trilho dos Pescadores (Fishermen Trail). Instead of carry backpacks we returned every day to the hotel and on the next day we went to the point where we ended. There are several options: taxi (the most expensive, about 30€ per ride, public bus, about 3 times per day, 6-8€ pp, Uber costs the same as bus for two persons and is more flexible). Several restaurants in a walking distance, open also out of season. Hotel: Convenient common area inside and outside. A large refrigerator in the breakfast room for guest disposal. Room: Large, air condition system may be used for heating as well, an open wardrobe may be used as a bag rack for one bag. electric sockets: easily accessible, available near the bed and near a small table lighting: good lighting in the room Stairs/elevator: No elevator. The rooms are located at the upper level (several steps up), breakfast is served at the lower level (several steps down). Bed: large and comfortable, the duvet is large, so we did not fought for it at night. Bathroom: Large, enough place to put your toiletries, heated by own a/c system Breakfast: Good. Sweets, good bread, cheese and ham, fruits, very good freshly squeezed orange juice. WiFi: good Staff: Nice and helpful Parking: free street parking near the hotel

The place was really nice and the room was very spacious, clean and nice. The owner, Carla, was very nice and helpful suggesting the places to visit in the area and even giving us advice about the weather and wind and where to go regarding the weather conditions. The house is very close to the center. Wonderful breakfast.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

The property is in a quiet part of town, so it was very peaceful and relaxing. It was within walking distance of shops and restaurants, which made a perfect choice for my husband and I. Carla, was the perfect hostess, and made check in very easy. Room was large, bed very comfy and a bathroom attached, so you had total privacy. Carla put on a special breakfast, it is a wonderful way to start your day of sight seeing or beach time, but don’t miss out you might regret it. If you needed to stay out of the elements, they had a large room for playing games, reading or watching tv. Very ideal for whatever you are looking for in Sagres.

Loved breakfast and the homey touches throughout. The space was very inviting, comfortable and a respite from the rain on our first day. A perfect space to come back to after spending full days outside in the sun as well! Breakfast was good, and the fresh orange juice was delicious. Carla was very accommodating to us and our timing. The common spaces were comfortable for tea and a game of chess. Carla was a wonderful host and grateful to her and the space in Sagres - it made our stay so enjoyable!

I can’t name a single thing we didn’t like. The owner was super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, away from all the noise but close enough to the beaches and surf shops. The rook was beautiful, clean and spacious.

The only down side was there was an unpleasant smell relating to the drains. Apparently this is not uncommon generally in tje area and related in part to ongoing work in the area. The smell was not apparent anywhere else in the public areas of the house.

Carla our host was delightful and gave us a warm welcome and made us feel very much at home. The room was lovely and well equipped. The bathroom was roomy and there was plenty of hot water. There is a lovely sitting room with TV for use by all the guests and rea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was lovely
