The staff was really friendly. We had a pleasant stay. Even in the middle of the night when we needed help they we were able to contact them. The location is perfect and the room, for us with bathroom was clean. Bit small.

I was in a dorm of four beds so did not expect much interruption of sleep but a guy came back very late drug affected and kept the whole place awake most of the night. Note to other travellers PLEASE be respectful of others and if you plan to get rat faced in any way sleep on the beach!

The check in system requires an email to give you entry codes. I was checking in on the last minute, while already at the property. Fortunately the volunteers were there, let me in, and helped me to finalise the checkin so that I got my entry codes to the doors. The staircase to the attic floor is quite narrow and a bit tricky with a heavy suitcase. The kitchen and shared bathrooms were nicely clean but a tad shabby.

Nice atmosphere, nice volunteering youths that were fun to talk with. Clean reasonably big room. A bit chilly in early March without a heater, but I didn't bother to ask for one. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. As in most hostels, there was some noise from the corridor, neighbouring rooms etc, but during my stay it was quite quiet and nice. Overall, compared to other hostels I stayed in Portugal, quite a nice experience.

Honestly it could have been cleaner. I've stayed in a lot of hostels and it wasn't bad, but there's definitely potential to do more. When I arrived there was a lot of dust in my room on the desk and the hangers for the clothes and the bed sheet had a hair and some lint. The bathrooms smelled really bad throughout my whole stay. In the kitchen I would have loved if there were clean sponges to clean the plates.

It was my second time staying here. The staff was incredibly friendly! The room was very spacious and the location great, only 7 minutes walk from Monte Estoril train station. The check-in process is really easy and it was no problem at all that I arrived late at night because my flight was delayed. It was pretty cold in my room but when I asked for a heater they gave it to me and were very helpful.

Bathrooms are a bit smelly (though clean). A construction site was right outside our window (double room at the very top), I could've handshaked with a worker 😅 no privacy unless window shutters are closed

We spent 1 night here and are satisfied overall. Location is good, 15-20 min on foot from Casino Estoril. The room is very clean, the bed linen is impeccable. The staff has prepared the room by 14:00, allowing us to check in earlier. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. Thank you!

Great location. It's a quiet neighborhood with everything you need and only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Cascais. The staff are very friendly and always doing whatever they can to make your stay better.

Parking only in paid parking zone on the street. A bit stuffy in the room. A bit more clothing hangers would be nice. Sponge used to dishwashing would need to be changed more frequently, it was really dirty and stinky.

Very nice personnel, easy communication. Everything clean. Very well equipped kitchens. Cosy common room with another dining area. Close to the beach. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was in our room but overall quite a few shared bathrooms. Easy getting in, code for the door on time. Safe neighbourhood.
