I found the hill up to our appartment very hard to deal with in high temperatures. The shop was very limited no fresh fruit.

Some of them on such a high hills but can not be helped luckily since uber is about you can get taci services right outside your door this time.

There’s definitely missing furniture. Not only lack of sun-beds and above all umbrellas, there aren’t enough tables, chairs, maybe sofa/ chill out areas. It’s not possible to have a drink relaxed at the pool or somewhere and your kids playing in the pool in the meanwhile. There are only some tables and chairs. No bar, no possibility to have your cocktail/ drink in some nice place in the shadow. It’s only like restaurant-atmosphere. That was a shame. Because there’s a lot of space like gardens and areas where you could put more su beds, sofas, chairs etc. The stuff was friendly but completely unqualified and veryyyy slow. Typical problem in these south European countries… We were 4 persons and they only prepared 2 beds for us. But they put sheets and towels so we prepared the sofa bed.

It’s definitely made for families with kids. The 4 pools were great. As well the whole resort with its gardens etc was very nice. You could have drinks/ food at the 4 pools, there are restaurants/ bars beside it. Our room was great! Ground floor with garden, 2 air conditioners, spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. Our toaster was broken, I informed reception and they brought us a new one to the room some hours later.

Steep hills Mini golf did not have correct clubs. Hard surface was dangerous as balls travelled too fast and could hit cars going around the corner

The bathroom is outdated. The outdoor clothes rack was broken. Sofa infront of TV could have been cleaner.~ The outdoor area could have been cleaner

The campus, privacy, pools were nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedroom is also nice and cozy. You get parking. Pingo doce super market is close to the loctaion.

Nothing not to like, clean, nice interior and grounds. Was well equipped for those who stay longer, washer dryer kitchen utensils. We only needed one night for a stay over but would recommend for those staying longer

The room that we stayed in had very ingrained smell of cigarettes, which made our inside time unpleasant.

All of the four pools were great and brought nice variety for my family members.

The restaurant at one pool side was not open . That was a pity as no access to drinks/ice cream while at at pool. Also, I got locked in the bathroom. The key would not turn. Thankfully, with effort, I was able to push the key out under the door and it was able to be opened from the outside. App 148. Management should see to this immediately.

In the apartment the patio door wouldn’t lock. The safe had no key. Having a clothing rack to dry clothes would have been helpful

I requested a apartment on lower level due to having a bad hip as know it is hilly but was given an apartment higher up. Also we were not made aware the pool side restaurant was closed due to refurbishment. This was the main reason we were returning to these apartments.

This property was clean with great facilities for everything an apartment needs. The location is brilliant for everywhere we wanted to go... At the end of our 12 day stay we just extended another 5 nights.

Really nothing to complain about; three small things were i) that the apartments were only serviced twice during our stay. We would have liked it to be more regular to get fresh towels and bed sheets. Again, not a big issue whatsoever; ii) our apartment was at the very back of the village, which was a bit of a journey to get to, and iii) the shop in the village was overpriced and poorly stocked.

The staff were the highlight of the trip, really helpful and friendly. The "village" itself is very cool, with several facilities such as pitches and basketball courts, a nice Italian restaurant and a few pools. The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean and also had great facilities (fridge, freezer, electric cooker, washing machine and dryer). There was a lovely green area at the back of our row where we could sit in the sun and hang out wet clothes. The location was good, around 10 minutes drive to the main town (we rented a car, but Ubers are incredibly cheap there; around 3.50-4euro per trip for 4 people).
