The hotel is very cozy and small. But location is good, in very wonderful town. Near by with excellent beaches. Breakfast was good also.beds are comfortable. Cleaning was every day.

United KingdomGood selection of buffet breakfast but the hot food was cold everyday at 8.30 when we had ours. As breakfast was 7.30-10 ideally they could do with putting fresh out every hour rather than hot at 7.30 and not keeping it warm.
We stayed at this hotel for a week, had read the reviews so knew what to expect. Old fashioned (which didnt bother us) but exceptionally clean and cleaners came round every day & replaced the towels. Comfy beds. Peaceful area.

The hotel itself Is very nice. It has an old aesthetic which makes it very charming. The bar with its wooden details and the fireplaces make a very cozy experience. Everyone is very nice to you and the breakfast is nice! I would go back just for the hotel. It's very charming

United KingdomThe communal area and bar could do with renovation, they seem quite outdated. Some guests may like this and may not mind this look. We were coming from Eurostar Hotels Santa Luiza in Guimaraes. So we were able to see the immediate contrast. Perhaps making the communal areas, the entrance, seating area on the first floor and bar a little modern with a twist of Arganil, making these areas brighter and happier.
The location was relevant for our trip. The hotel Staff is amazing, kind, polite and helpful. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Spare towels, shower, spare blanket, air condition unit, all good.
