Thw property is beautiful, very spacious and central, the terrace has a great view of the port distilleries and the river. Everything was in working order and made our holiday better

Great location, close to restaurants, river, boardwalk.

For us the coffee maker and kettle were inoperative.

It well located, nice and clean. The host was great and very helpful, at check in we got a full guide on what to see in the city (followed it and were happy).

Nothing. I will only admit the noise from the street (tram and cars). But it has nothing to do with apartment. It is pretty obvious on the map that the road is nearby.

Very good location

Would have appreciated a stopper for to have a bath. Shower was good we got a new shower curtain luckily.

The location is great, you can walk to the center no problem and you are very close to the river. The balcony was nice

The place was broken.. there was mold in the bathroom and the vent didn’t work, the bed was no double bed but two twin beds connected together and the mattress was uncomfortable and squeeze. The kitchen cabinets were broken. In night there was a lot of noises and we wake up couple of times. The owner said there is plenty of parking but we didn’t found any when we arrived. Only after waiting some time by luck someone moved his car..

Electricity is very bad, fuse is poping all the time, even if you use 2 plates on the cooker. Humidity is very high, and the flat was smelly. There are many stairs to reach the apartment, not recomended for older people.

Noisy during the night because of the cars on the road facing the place. Window insulation is non existent.

Location and vibe. Simple and clean

Only one key which was needed in order to enter and exit the building, making it difficult for one person to stay behind and leave later than the other. There was no way out without the key …

Location and the apartment.

The main issue was climbing 4 flights of stairs . We should have been advised when booking confirmed. We may have cancelled.

The apartment was clean and as described, the kitchen was reasonably equipped and had a few essential ingredients already which was nice. It was reasonably easy to get to ribeira along the waterfront, and there were stairs to ascend the hill nearby. There were plenty of bars/cafes nearby and a supermarket about a 15 minute walk away.

While the location was reasonably central, being directly next to the river meant being next to a busy road and tram tracks and the noise from these was quite loud. The trams were the loudest but only ran during the days, however there were quite often very loud motor bikes going past late into the night. This is obviously not the host's fault and unavoidable if you want to be located right next to the river, but it did bother us a bit.
