Everything was very organized and always spotlessly clean i might have been the dirtiest and smelliest thing in the hostel:) The kitchen, silence insife and hospitality made me feel right at home. Location is great and metro is so close.

Maybe the numbers on the door should be made clearer during the night. Some other guests tried to get into our room by night, by mistake, thinking it was theirs.

The hotel is located close to a metro station, in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The room and the bathroom are clean, and the access is guaranteed to be easy, thanks to the staff. Vitor contacted me through whatsapp hours before our arrival to guide me through the process of reaching the hotel, and getting into the room.

Two bathrooms are not enough if the accommodation is full. The bed mattress is comfortable, but even a shorter person cannot sit up straight on the three-tiered bunk bed. The room door was difficult to close and the roommates didn't even try to force it, so we slept with the door open. Unfortunately, there were people who did not even close the front door, despite the staff's request.

Unfortunately I didn't meet the staff, but I received all the information on WhatsApp. They constantly asked if everything was okay and if I had any questions. There are several shops and restaurants nearby. The kitchen and dining room are spacious, but the hotel guests did not pay attention to cleanliness. The bathrooms are well arranged.

There are just two bathrooms with toilet for all guests. The lockers are not perfect.

Location is perfect. It is near metro station. You need 10 minutes walk to historical center. The staff is friendly and quick to help you. There is a luggage storage room and the kitchen is usefull. Entry is safe and simple.

Nice accomodation, not in thte heart of Oporto, but easy to reach both by walking and with public transport. Good facilities, nice garden and common space.

only 2 bathrooms, so kinda busy in early morning. The layout of 3 beds is sometimes tricky when you sleep and someone moves, the whole bed shakes, but overall its good

Just 2 bathrooms for ALL guests, and with shower and toilet together! Clearly not enough. Entering the property for the first time is challenging, since no staff is there to welcome you and you receive a loooong WhatsApp message with instructions, even videos, to enter into the property. Opening the key locker at the entrance is very tricky.

It was incredibly clean!! The host were super nice with me, I felt safe and comfortable. Also, it's very well located bc it's right next to the metro station and very close to the city centre, letting you decid wheter to walk or not!

Low capacity of bathrooms, only two for the whole hostel. The two lowest beds have so low ceiling that unless you are 1.50m tall it's impossible to sit in them.

Quite centrally located, between Campanhã and Baixa. The bathrooms were really nice Bed mattresses were very comfy.

The triple bunk beds were very shaky. Every time someone on the same bunk moved, the whole structure squeaked and shook, which made it hard to sleep (especially since I was on the top bed). Also, there were only two bathrooms available.

Friendly and helpful staff who will be in touch for any problems. 15-20min walk to Mercado do bolhao!
