Shouldn't have to pay a daily charge for a kettle. Can understand paying a deposit. Didn't like the breakfast that was offered. Self service like Premier inn would have been better. Not worth 15e

Being elderly the shower area felt safe. Low bath and safety handle on the wall. The barman was particularly good.

The big hill got hard towards the end of the week but there are hills everywhere. Hard beds.

Need to have a good level of fitness to walk to and from hotel. Very steep hill and lots of steps up to it.

One of the reasons I picked this property is they claimed they had a gym. It was a very small room with no air conditioning and very little equipment. The bar/lounge was nice but they didn't have much food.

We had a large apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. The view was amazing and the beds were comfortable. We were walking distance from a market and the downtown area with shops and wonderful restaurants.

Hotel is built up a hillside and has various levels which can become confusing. The list of rules and regulations was excessive, and we didn't appreciate the 20€ deposit for each beach/pool towel another for barrel for safe, but obviously they've had some poorly behaved clients. The hike down to the beach was not for the unfit or disabled.

Free Parking. The sea view from the balcony. Hotel was away from the main shopping, eating area so it was quieter at night. Plenty of eateries and junk tourist shops - mostly knock-offs.

The location - no fault of the hotels and I understood it wasn’t located in the old town , but all the hills made me dread the walk back to hotel everyday All the deposits needed , ie for towels , the safe The cost to use jacuzzi and indoor facilities expensive so we didn’t use them as a result WiFi was crap and barely worked No English channels on tv only sky news worked

I've never stayed at a hotel with so many rules spelled out...the pool, the common areas, the towels, the hallways... It makes me wonder what kind of guests they're used to.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout (front desk, restaurant, cleaning team). Everything was neat and clean and comfortable.

A bit of a maze and multiple lifts to get to the room,

We stayed here for one night as our flight changed and our other hotel was booked up. It served its purpose. Probably better options around if staying for a week or so. Although, if you're looking for something cheap and cheerful to get the head down you'll be sorted.

I didn’t like that tea and coffee facilities were not available in the room and that you had to hire a kettle. Nor the fact that there was a cost to use the advertised gym. The main thing though was that the Wi-Fi was hit and miss, kept dropping and was slow.

The hotel team were very friendly and helpful across the board. It was great that beach towels were available for no cost. The pool area and pool we’re very well maintained.
