You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomA mini bar in the room would have been nice. I didn’t appreciate that the bar would be closed on a Saturday night 😞
Breakfast was very good, had everything we needed. Bedroom was good, beds were comfortable, Staff were very organised and super friendly and helpful. Location is great for when we needed to be.

GermanyThe place was cold and humid, you notice right away especially because the bathroom towels smell and feel wet to the touch, the only heating option was an Air Conditioner in the hall, which is totally useless. I contacted the host several times and she told me that, it was the only thing to warm the house up, which obviously was not enough. I asked to have a little heater for at least one of the rooms as there is one in the pictures of the place. She said she did not have that anymore and that she was out of town and could do nothing about it. I then contacted booking support and after that, magically, the host had someone bring a little electric heater. This was still not enough as it was tiny, but the worst thing about all this is that, the person who brought the heater entered the apartment without permission from an inside door. This door is right at the entrance hall and looks like a cabinet where to keep cleaning products and such and is locked. If you don't want someone to be able to access the place without warning, at anytime and potentially steal your stuff, DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE! (Photos of the entrance hall door)
