Great location. Spacious and nicely decorated living room. Very clean apartment. Clear communication with the managers. Thank you for the welcome gifts!

No wardrobes in the rooms (the rooms are small) & a bit noisy apartment. The small stuff: Sensitive fire alarm. The stove, the ironing board and the shower head switch not working properly or broken.

Nice location.

The apartment and beds need a bit upgrade. Very loud when people were using the stairs.

This condo is perfect. Lots of space for a family. Location is great. Lots of restaurants close by. It has everything you need! The staff are amazing. We got locked out and they came within 30 minutes to let us back in. Highly recommend.

Spacious apartment good location in Lisbon.

It is located on the first floor of an apartment building that also has a HOSTEL on the upper floors and this is not advised to you until you are at the front door and you see the sign . The noise from the stairs outside your internal door 24/7 is ridiculous from people at the hostel coming up and down the stairs day and night. It sounds like is at your front door All the time from the noise outside.

Great central busy location. Near restaurants, squares, open market and the river. Lovely, clean well maintained apartment.

We came for the Lisbon marathon and it was very busy so took extra time to Uber or taxi outside of the area. Not quiet but we loved all the avtivity.

Bedrooms were smaller than I would like, with no space for bags and clothes.

Towels were cheap.

Noise: anything from upper floor, plus all noises from staircase would feel like indoor. The air conditioning from other apartments were very noisy even at night. Hot water: a strange boiler required the kitchen window to be open to function correctly.

Clean bed, clean sheets, clean rooms, spacious living room, convenient location, quick response from admin etc.

Location was perfect for exploring all of Old Town. Comfy beds and lots of room for the 4 of us to spread out. Extra tall ceilings with big beautiful windows that opened up to Juliette balconies overlooking the street below. Unit was clean and checkin was easy.

Stairs could be a problem for those with mobility issues. Door to one of the bedrooms is permanently open.

Close to the train station and close to restaurants and tourist spots. Laura is very helpful.

Good location Hosts were accommodating in providing an extra bed for our son.

We were unaware the apartment is situated in a building with a hostel, the resultant noise of young people returning late at night was quite frustrating. No cupboard space in either bedroom was also frustrating for a prolonged stay. Also no room safe meant we had to carry all of our important documents with us all day.

Great central location in the heart of Lisbon. Very spacious apartment with nice decor. Once you complete all the paperwork using the door codes to access is very handy. They can also provide a left luggage facility in their offices nearby for free.

As the apartment is on the first floor you do tend to hear everyone going up and down the wooden stairs outside but at least you don't have to go up as many steps as them! For couples just to note the beds are singles not doubles

It didn't have an elevator and we walked up the stairs which it wasn't very good for elders 7
