Close to everything we needed and wanted to see. Great facilities and totally essential aircon (38°). Good restaurants nearby and host was extremely kind. We loved our 4 days in Tomar!

Showroom is very tiny.

Not big room but with everything you need including air con, dish washer and washing machine. Location is great. Easy to park opposite and it’s free. Host is very responsive.

This cozy place had everything we needed including AC. We had a blast cooking breakfast with the family. Close quarters, but enjoyable. Staff was very attentive and answered all of our needs and questions.

It was not explained that the access code would not appear until 4pm. If we had known that earlier I would not have spent the day checking my phone.

No human beings ever. As friendly as an icicle. Part of the joy of travel is interactipn with locals. None in this apartment. Minimal information on the locality, proximity to a minimercado, preferred places to eat, etc

The apartment was comfortable, the bed especially. All appliances that we needed worked well. There was an instruction book on appliances in multiple languages.

below my appartment was someone who smoked a lot..so I could not open the windows on that side. already mentioned airco in bedroom could not change temperature.

The proprietors operate fully online and I had to fill in check in forms, download and sign a rental agreement and provide bank account details so they can take a 250 euros deposit even though the booking and payments were made via booking.com. This was quite difficult to do on my fairly new Android phone. However, the oven was situated high up in cupboards and we felt this could be dangerous when taking hot food out of the oven. My wife couldn't reach it. There was a small wooden stool you could stand on to access the oven but this was a bit of a trip hazard when passing through the kitchen to the bathroom at night. The apartment came with a small basket of foods, however, the butter was in the fridge and amounted to one small pat of butter I'm sure this wasn't intended - see photo.

We booked this apartment at short notice and the proprietors were kind enough to make arrangements so we could check in earlier (the official check in time was 4pm). The apartment was centrally located close to the Old Bridge. It was cool and quirky inside. It had a glazed balcony like a conservatory with two comfortable chairs leading to a large outside terrace with more chairs. The terrace was great for drying washing. The bedroom had a large comfortable bed and the bathroom had an excellent shower with lots of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped with a washing machine and microwave/combi oven. The open plan kitchen had a comfortable sofa to watch TV plus a table and two chairs to dine at. The apartment was very secure with a combination lock on the street door and two keys to open an outer door shared by two apartments and then the door to access the apartment.

There can be some floor noise from above most people are considerate some are not .

Cosy little apartment with all amenities ideal for a couple maybe a little tight for more if you are there for a longer stay , great idea to have a folder in several languages that covers every appliance in the unit , shower is good no cold shocks , parking directly opposite for free and never had a problem finding a place. Tomar is a lovely historical town with a lot of things to see and do particularly daytrips to surrounding areas we did not have enough time to do everything we wanted, terrific communication from managers. Its self check in and we felt help and advice would be quickly available should it be required.....good spot to stay that we really enjoyed.

The apartment was literally across the street from a parking lot with free parking. It was also situated in a very convenient location near to excellent restaurants and a beautiful park. The apartment was very secure and updated. The hosts left a welcome basket which was unexpected but very nice! The outdoor space was not used because of the cold rainy weather but would have been a great place to enjoy a drink or dinner. We would stay here again.

Living space would be tight for four people. Speaking of tight, shower is very small if you’re six foot or over, with no shelf to put anything personal. We were in the 1st floor front flat; no street noise, but if apartment above is occupied you will hear them moving around. Mostly well supplied except for laundry powder.

Great communication-daily WhatsApp messages from company. Easy self check in and out, noon checkout. Keypad, lock box and two locks to enter, but instructions are clear. Excellent central location in very nice town. Well supplied-toiletries, dishes, etc. Comfortable beds.

Cosy, comfortable apartment, family of 6 with 4 children aged 4 to 14. Perfect location for Tomar, castle, cafes etc. The, hosts are super helpful (even when my 4 year old accidentally locked the keys inside, was sorted in 5 minutes!) and we loved every moment of our stay! Will definitely stay again!

The check-in, we got really confused with it being older. Would have been much easier for someone to meet us there.

The flat was immaculate very comfortable and quiet. Lovely welcome basket with fresh bread jams, there was olive oil and condiments. Orange juice. All appliances were good.

The water pressure was almost non existent so the shower wasn’t very good. This was also the first time we had to pay a security deposit as well as sign a lease for a 3 night stay. Perhaps they have had bad experiences in the past but it seemed a bit over the top to me.

This place is hard to fault. It was in a good location, it hade everything we needed, the hosts gave us a welcome basket of goodies and were very good to deal with.

The shower was very small, found it hard to bend down and wash your feet and I’m 5.6 and weigh 62kg. Need a bigger kettle only holds 2 1/2 cups of water

It was right in the middle of town and so handy to walk everywhere plus parking close. Nice Linen and was a beautiful surprise to have some goodies for Brecky. I would stay here again
