The staff level.of profesionalism was up to expectations

I liked the hotel, their staff were very freindly, wonderful and very professional, the rooms were amazingly looked after, the bar and the restaurant food was excellent and the location where the hotel is was brilliant, 2 minutes to the beach from the hotel and we were given towels to take to the beach.

I did not like having two double bedrooms apart from eachother especially when you have to keep an eye on kids in the other room, the rooms were far apart, kind of scary for a child spending time in their own room by them self when rooms are not close to eachother.

Cleanliness of whole hotel was exceptional,very friendly staff,close to all amenities

We booked this place to stay after our wedding party and we were really glad we did. Staff was really nice and accommodating. We were offered a room upgrade, prosecco and a cake. The room was modern, well decorated and impeccably clean. Really good value for the money, recommended!

The rooms are a bit small. But we knew that in advance and to be honest wasn’t an issue as we didn’t need more. Otherwise nothing really.

Beds are really nice, also a big shower

The location was excellent. It was three minute walk from the beach. The breakfast was very good, lots of fruit, cereal and a good cooked breakfast, also cheese, cold meats and lots of pastries. There was fresh chilled water, different flavours inside the front door. There was an iron and ironing board in the room, also tea and coffee making facilities.

Staff were very slow to replenish breakfast dishes, eg. bread, butter and cooked breakfast. Some mornings we had to ask for them.

New property, comfortable room with cooking facilities. Close to the beach and next door to large Pingo Doce supermarket. Restaurants within walking distance

It was small and modern and room was well furnished. Like a window you could open. Next to supermarket, fab cafes and beach.

Rooms very comfortable and clean with a modern, walk-in shower. We chose not to eat in the hotel so can't comment on breakfast or other meals. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood that was convenient for beaches and loads of restaurants. Public transport into Porto town was very easy - bus from right outside or a short walk to the metro.

Everything ….what an amazing hotel… the first welcome to the last goodbye, the staff so friendly and kind… the rooms were so clean and fresh… no shortage of toiletries and first class toiletries…. Towels changed everyday… complimentary water in room and fresh juice at reception… tea and coffee facilities, fridge also in room… couldn’t praise our stay enough.. location near everything.. supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, beach..,just fantastic…
