A bit of a quest to find the check-in place as Google Maps does not help much.

Great place for holidays either for a family or friends. Place looks amazing, beds are comfortable. Internet is fast.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room is very nice and the bed is spacious. The apartment felt very private but I think we were the only people staying at the time. The pool area is lovely, although the apartment block is on a road with some minor traffic noise. We chose it for parking, as there is space to park outside. The check-in is a 4-5 minute walk away from the apartments. So, ensure to be dropped at check in area rather than the apartments. Unfortunately small issue with room key card not working. It was fixed but had to go back and forth to the reception. However, the staff made quick efforts to solve and someone was out fixing it the next day. So, all handled well. No pool towels in the room, small details that could be improved as reception advised there would be. 5€ uber into central Lagos or a 15 minute walk which would be uphill on way back. We were happy with this due to wanting to park a car easily. Overall, I definitely recommend.

A little way away from the center.

Attractive environment with a beautiful small pool. We were treated to a bottle of wine and water on arrival. Housekeeping kept everything neat. Exceptional breakfast.

the check in staff was rude.....we ask for early check in and they made no effort to provide it...keys were given after 3pm...not a single minute before not a warm feeling as you just arrived

Villa Rosa is in a great location, easy to walk to downtown Lagos. Our suite had everything we needed, very comfortable. Pool was great. Check in at the hotel down the street was easy to find. Parking was right out front of the property.

Very friendly and helpful staff, location 15 min walk to centre. Good room with patio to sit. Pool to refresh in was lovely. Could use both pool facilities if wanted. Lovely

Some of couches were a bit dated and dirty looking but we didn’t use them anyways so it wasn’t a problem. Would have been nice to have some chairs for enjoying the upper terrace.

The villa property was great. We had a lovely walk out to the pool. The bed room was comfortable and clean and bathrooms were nice. The location is good if you don’t mind a bit of walking. You can get to old town or beaches in 15 minutes of walking. Overall it was a great stay.

Complicated arrival : the two hostesses were very invested in the check-in just before us (4 persons asking lots of questions about local attractions and not déciding what to do), so they didn’t notice me before 15 to 20 min… after that everything was ok.

The pool was great. This place is the branch of a hotel that is at 3/4 min from it. The bedroom was very nice and quiet.

The toilet was a bit small

The place was extremely quite (that was what we were looking for) and stuff was very kind. The place is amazing, lots of palm trees, the swimming pool and everything was clean.

The kitchen space was a waste; there were no cutlery or plates or bowls or glasses.. there could have been a small stove or even a small table to eat even just breakfast.

We liked the pool and the location close to the beaches. The room is very clean.

Vila Rosa is a beautiful hotel in an incredible location! It is walking distance from the main centre. It is a quick taxi away from all the best beaches. It is located near amazing restaurants. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Our hotel/villa room came with a full kitchen and comfortable and clean beds. We were able to use the beach towels provided on the beach. I did not personally eat the breakfast provided for $16 but I took a browse and there was a nice selection. Also, the pool on both locations was gorgeous!!! The staff was very kind and attentive. The hotel is location about 1 hour away from the airport. I recommend booking a transfer prior. We also used Blue Feet 4hour tour to see the Algarves up close and personal, 10/10 recommend. Overall, I would return to this hotel in future and recommend it to friends or family. Thank you Vila Rods for the amazing stay!

The apartment was fab spotless has everything you need for self catering. Beds extremely comfortable. Quiet location no noise at all it’s more like a Villa experience as there’s only about 8 apartments in the complex. The only thing that needs to be highlighted is the apartment is part of the Don Manual Hotel and people need to know before they arrive that you need to go to Don Manual Hotel Lagos to check in and they will bring you to the apartment which is a 2 minute drive 5 mins walk from the hotel .

Check-in instructions are not the clearest, if you are staying in Villa Rosa you need to check in at 'Hotel Dom Manuel I' down the road from Triangulo restaurant, however, the check-in instructions were clear and needed to call the hotel to navigate where to check-in.

Great location in proximity to the beaches, very spacious and comfortable villa space. The villa has impressive facilites from a refreshing pool to a small fridge.

Breakfast was incredible. High quality, housemade baked goods, jams, desserts, many options for vegetarians or vegans. Espresso machine was a nice touch as well.
