Very nice guest house, clean, comfortable, close to many restaurants and minimarket. Beautiful garden. Very thoughtfully served delicious breakfast. You can park free in cafeteria parking place. Take a bus 434 or tuk-tuk to palaces up in the hills.

Everything, the size of the room, the bathroom, the cleanliness, parking was super easy and the breakfast is quite good. Staff is very kind and accommodating (thanks for the early check in). The garden is amazing and you can reach Sintra by walk within 20 min.

The accommodation is a 30 minute walk into Sintra downhill on a busy road with an indifferent pedestrian walkway. However, taxis to and from Sintra to the guesthouse are inexpensive.

Very clean and well maintained guesthouse with a small garden. Friendly and helpful staff. There is car parking in a car park shared with the cafe next door.

Our bathroom was not directly attached to our room, so we had to exit our room into the hallway and then to the bathroom. However, this was indicated in advance. The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything in the hallway, but the guests were really considerate and this ended up not being a big issue.

The house has a lovely garden with deck chairs, making the stay extremely pleasant. The host was very friendly and considerate and the breakfast was delicious. Although not located in the historic center, most restaurants and places worth visiting can be reached on foot.

Would recommend using Tuk Tuk for transportation 7eu to Peña castle as tourist bus 434 no longer stops nearby. Not the fault of the property.

Chose this accommodation for a one night stay in Sintra. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Good range of local restaurants serving traditional food. Free parking next door. Room was simple but clean and comfortable.

Host was fantastic and went above and beyond for us. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours and arrived just before midnight but this was no problem as they waited up for us. Easy to find, great parking unbelievably clean and well laid out property that we would highly recommend to anyone x

This guesthouse is exceptional value for money, very clean, handy to all public transport (bus stop is only 60m away) and parking is super easy. The room we stayed in was beautiful and spacious, the bed was super comfy, it had a sitting lounge and the bathroom was modern with a huge shower and plenty of space and hot water. The breakfast was amazing and served in the dining room and the hosts were so friendly and helpful with tips on public transport (no parking in Sintra) so public transport is a must and local restaurants recommendations. The guesthouse is located just outside Sintra central which is nice to get away from the hostel and bustle, but easily accessible via bus to the centre of town and all tourist attractions. Would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone wanting to stay in Sintra.

We are up earlier than the time they serve breakfast but they were really kind and left us out everything that we needed. Room and bathroom were really nice and big.

The connecting family room worked great for us. The two twin beds in their own bedroom worked great for our family and let everyone get a good nights sleep. The rooms were clean and had enough room for us and our bags.
