The property is rated a five star but doesn’t have that five star quality. The attention to detail isn’t there and the staff in the bar area are just shocking. We had a few problems although I would have to say thank you to Beatriz on reception who was straight on it to solution things .

The spa was not working like usual because there was fire days before we arrived. We expected to have good spa experience as it is a "Hotel Spa" but we got only a welcome drink and massage, nothing more.

The room was modern. We could walk to the beach near by the property. There was also so much choice for breakfast. There were also restaurants in the property. You could smell very good room perfume in the lobby.

The buffet meal we tried once wasn’t great for 42 Euros… breakfasts were fantastic though.

Location of hotel, nice rooms and feeling of luxury. We will be back!

The hotel needs a revamp it’s a bit tired. The outdoor pools are small and very busy and the sun Lou hers are very old without cushions. I’d say it’s more 4 star than 5 star. The rooms need a revamp as the bathrooms are very old and the wear and tear is showing on most places around the hotel.

However, we did feel that the reception service could be improved. At times, there were several staff members at the front desk, but no greeting or eye contact when guests passed by. A warmer and more attentive welcome would make a big difference and truly match the quality of the rest of the hotel experience.

We had such a lovely time at this property! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which made our stay even more relaxing. We also enjoyed the restaurant; the food was delicious and the atmosphere very welcoming. One of our favorite parts was the lobby, which felt stylish and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Our trip was extra special as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday, and we truly appreciated Erica’s kindness in making it memorable. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would happily return!

Room, though good in size, was really tired and damp. Smelt musty and air con didn’t work very well.

First, the A/C was broken and it took nearly 5h to figure out that it is not fixable and get us a new room.. we were exhausted from the heat. Secondly, we had ants in our room.

Definitely not a 5 star, more close to a 4 star. A 5 star has to be top top and this hotel lacked amenities and quality to be a 5 star! It had no shop anywhere near to buy basic things! In fact it had nothing near it! Reception staff great 👍🏻 Waiters at the bars pretty useless 🥴

this was my second time at the resort. Again, as before, the indoor pool was not accessible, this time due to "an accident". also quite annoying: no shower or at least foot-shower at the hotel-owned beach sunbed strip although the sunbeds cost a daily significant fee.

Staff was very very friendly and professional. Food was great. the whole resort offers great possibilities to spend the day and evening.

The breakfast is not very nice. The room is very basic and could do with an update. Just one free bottle of water per day isn't enough at the height of summer. Also, we weren't told about the water bottle policy so missed the first two days.

The Sushi & Steak restaurant is amazing. I was also happy to have a clothes rack for drying clothes.

A bit run down furniture in the rooms but didn’t bother us much.

Great pool area, nice breakfast, kind staff, perfect location away from the noise but still 5 mins drive to the pubs and restaurants, good spa, large secured parking space!

Pools are not heated, the water was very cold. The only pool with warm enough water was the kids pool but it was packed and we couldn’t enjoy it. Very frustrating. Waiters serving on the pool barely speak English. The cocktails we ordered were not good quality. Also, check in is 4PM, check out is 10AM.

A lot of facilities, very big resort with multiple pools and variety of restaurants. Breakfast is also very good. They also allow you to stay full day on the pool even after check out.
