How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A lot of insects in the room, dirty conditions, and extremely rude and irresponsible behavior from the staff, especially Katerina at the reception. The location itself is very good, but the staff, the cleanliness, and the fact that broken things in the room were not repaired made the experience very disappointing. There were insects on the bed, in the bathroom, and basically everywhere. Overall, it was a very bad experience considering the high amount I paid for such poor conditions. I mention that is 5 star hotel, but it not looks like.

Verified review- friendly staff - clean rooms - decent location to the beach and overall proximity to other facilities - responsive service - good quality food (but see below)
- I would preface by saying that is absolutely not clear to me how this can be a 5* hotel. It is not by any measure and it is important for travelers to be aware of this. - Extremely overpriced for what the hotel can offer - not worth the hard earned money - You pay for most things in this hotel - bottle of water (very overpriced), sunbeds (EUR30!) per day, any drinks during dinner, any activity for kids - Beach (while not far) is not a private breach but being shared with locals that travel to be there. Very limited service or range of drinks / snacks. Feel like a general public beach with no level of 5* rating. - While food quality is decent, it is pretty much the same every day with limit variety. The restaurant is located next to the pool so creates a strange feeling of dining by the pool - Pools themselves are very small! - Gym - this is absolute shocker. Equipment is very worn out; rusty; some are broken. Dumbbells is inappropriate for usage. I have never seen such a run down and shameful gym. I just do not understand how can 5* hotel has this level. - There is very little to do in the hotel beyond small entrainment on the top terrace (live music) - Generally hotel is quite old and it shows. Occasional smells of damp in the hallway. - The price tag that the hotel management is charging is absolutely not worth it given the overall state of the hotel and its amenities. - Photos of the hotel/beach on the website is not a true reflection of its state. It is not a luxury hotel and by extension holiday. Deeply disappointed by the overall experience given the expense and travel time. Would have asked for a refund options if I had the opportunity.

The property is rated a five star but doesn’t have that five star quality. The attention to detail isn’t there and the staff in the bar area are just shocking. We had a few problems although I would have to say thank you to Beatriz on reception who was straight on it to solution things .

This is not a 5 star hotel, it is more like 3.5 star. Very old and run down. We were on the ground floor, so there were ants in the room all the time. No table at the patio. There was no available sunloungers at the pool for the whole 7 days, there were so many people that were there and a lot of families because of the resort/apartment rental. Nothing at the hotel was just for hotel guest. At the beach you haft to pay for sunloungers, but there is no available because people from all over rent them, not only from the hotel. Pools were small and mostly for kids. Always too short of a staff by the Poolbar. Toilets by the pool, they only had one, that you could not lock. You had to go inside the hotel to have a better toilet. No shower at the beach and just one at the pools. For the price of this hotel it is not worth it. And you always haft to take taxi or uber everywere.

Verified reviewThe room was modern. We could walk to the beach near by the property. There was also so much choice for breakfast. There were also restaurants in the property. You could smell very good room perfume in the lobby.
The spa was not working like usual because there was fire days before we arrived. We expected to have good spa experience as it is a "Hotel Spa" but we got only a welcome drink and massage, nothing more.

The hotel needs a revamp it’s a bit tired. The outdoor pools are small and very busy and the sun Lou hers are very old without cushions. I’d say it’s more 4 star than 5 star. The rooms need a revamp as the bathrooms are very old and the wear and tear is showing on most places around the hotel.

Verified reviewInternet connection was very weak, it was shocking to me that even though i had breakfast and dinner included in my deal i had to pay extra for any drink even water, moreover food in hotels bars and restaurants was very expensive compared to the quality which was very poor also the service. I had a feeling that the hotel is trying to get extra money anywhere possible like you need to pay to play a pool or get the chair on the beach, this is crazy in the 5 star hotel for 300 euro per night. Definitely not worth the price and also doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel at all.

Verified reviewWe had such a lovely time at this property! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which made our stay even more relaxing. We also enjoyed the restaurant; the food was delicious and the atmosphere very welcoming. One of our favorite parts was the lobby, which felt stylish and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Our trip was extra special as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday, and we truly appreciated Erica’s kindness in making it memorable. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would happily return!
However, we did feel that the reception service could be improved. At times, there were several staff members at the front desk, but no greeting or eye contact when guests passed by. A warmer and more attentive welcome would make a big difference and truly match the quality of the rest of the hotel experience.
