The check-in time is very late , they told me that was at 5pm but the room was ready at 4 pm when I checked in... which is late anyway.

Not the hotels fault at all, but people coming back from the old town can be kind of noisy as they drive by the property.

Location, right on the sea front on a quiet stretch of beach. Very spacious room with balcony with front sea view. Staff, I requested a kettle on the night of my arrival and I found it the next day when returning from a day trip.

The staff were awful . Sullen is an understatement! Never seen such miserable staff in any hotel . At Check they could not find my booking initially. Only stayed one night . First person ( young girl) we met at check in would not even look at us and kept looking down a corridor until a gentleman appeared to try and find our booking . Breakfast staff just didn’t want to be there ! A cleaner on departure was the only person to speak to us as we left apart from reception lady who just thanked me for the room key .

The room toilet we had asked for room with accessible bathroom and toilet as my mother has mobility issues. Toilet room was so small she could just get in. No grab rails to help her. There was no restraunt in the hotel or bar we were told to walk up a hill to another hotel they own for evening dinner. My mother with his disability could not do that. Nor was there a wheelchair on site to aid her I could not even push her up the hill. Reception staff were not helpful at all. If known there was no restraunt or bar in the hotel would not have booked it.

Unfortunately Albufeira is now full of stag parties so it's not the same as it used to be.

Location, location, location. 😁 Good breakfast choice for price. Inexpensive. Clean. I'd prefer solid walls around the bathroom and doors that close properly. The opaque glass and loosely fitting sliding glass doors mean a lack of privacy. Worlds worst coffee 🤦‍♂️

Arrived after 9 pm to hotel checked in lovely room with ocean view room basic but was clean and comfortable. Are at a lovely Italian restaurant across the road. It's only a 3 minute walk into old town which is great. My birthday was on during our stay came back to our to find a bottle of champagne and chocolate. Great place to stay will definitely be back again

There weren’t many plug sockets around the room. I would have expected one at each side of the bed. No kettle in the room. We stayed in a standard room. However, this didn’t mean we enjoyed our stay any less, and I would come here again and recommend to my friends.

Property was well situated, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Lots of choice and bubbles too! We didn’t use the pool, as it was March and too cold! Short walk into the old town along the beach.

Wifi did not work for the first two days of our stay, a little difficult to find your way around the hotel it's a bit of a maze of stairs and corridors.
