The room was very simple and only with basic things. It was difficult to get to the place, as no taxi available at night on Pico island and had to walk 3 km.

I liked that it was possible to do the late check-in because our boat arrived around midnight. Also the breakfast was good and with nice view.

There isn't a front desk service. However, when you call them, they arrive right away. The location is not close to the city center, so you need a car or taxi to get there.

The sea view from our room was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and spacious.

We didn't have a car so the remote location was a problem. Highly recommend staying with a rented car.

The peace and quiet as well as the amazing view from our balcony. We liked the possibility of being able to eat our smalls in our own kitchen with a great view. Staff were very helpful allowing us to store our luggage.

The (nice) kitchen was all glass at the rear of the apartment affording a great view of the ocean. There were light switches by each side of the bed that controlled the ceiling light. Nice breakfast.

You need to have a car, as there isn’t anything at a walkable distance.

Very good value for money, the rooms were quite basic and simple but they did the job, the views were beautiful, could see over to Faial and the vineyards. Shower was good and the room was comfortable enough. We arrived early and they let us store our bags there before we could come back to check in.

This structure is located strategically in the area of the famous vineyards of Pico, close to Madalena and all you might need from the town. The room had enough space and the bathroom was pretty wide. Added value of the kitchen to prepare food. The big callout is for the terrace with view on the ocean and Faial, amazing spot to watch sunset after a day of hiking.

The room was small and not well furnished. There was a bad smell. The breakfast was not very various

The position is good expecially if you would trekking between the vineyards or to go to Grutas das Torres walking. The staff is very friendly.

We don't have a problem with simple rooms. We just think that the price of the room was too high. The reception is not at every daytime staffed. When they are here you can go to the breakfast room and get some water. When not there is no option for getting filtered water.

The room was very simple but it had everything we needed. The bathroom was new and big. You have a nice view over vineyards and Faial on the big balcony. They also have a nice pool. The hotel offers a big breakfast buffet with more than enough food. The staff was very friendly (at the reception as well as the cleaning ladies or breakfast ladies!). You only have to walk 30 minutes to reach a beautiful beach. There is also a small hiking spot in the surrounding.

The exterior of the property did not have any lighting after dark so it was very difficult to get around safely as we couldn’t see where we were walking. Also it would have been nice to have been provided basic necessities like a bottle of water, glasses in the room/bathroom, soap and enough toilet tissue for our stay. On our last day it was very obvious that breakfast was the leftovers from previous couple of days.

The property overall was nice. The pool was a nice surprise and the views from the public areas were beautiful.
