The toilet seat felt a bit high, which might be less comfortable for guests around 165 cm tall or below. At times, a faint odor—somewhat like a septic smell—would drift into the other room, but since it didn’t linger and we were out most of the day, we didn’t find it necessary to report it to housekeeping.

The hotel is in a quiet street yet very close to restaurants, attractions, and points of interest. The Dom Luís I Bridge is only an 8–10 minute walk, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise there. We stayed in the garden-facing rooms on the 3rd floor, which are the only rooms on that level, so it felt very private. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. Appreciate that towel heater in the bathroom. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

Fantastic service and staff. Immaculately clean. A lovely designed room with a very comfortable bed and a very powerful shower. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with loads of choice. This hotel was situated approximately 70m from a great square with loads of lovely restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful and so friendly. A great place to stay. Definitely recommend.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is very convenient — close to everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety each morning. The shower door wasn't perfectly sealed so it leaked water. But it's minor and the bathmat solved the issue.

It was a lovely stay. The street was quite quiet, and our room was a garden view, which was relaxing. There are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants in the area. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the river (downhill), and it was easy to get to places of interest. Staff were helpful on suggestions for where to eat, and routes to get to various places. The rooms, as we knew, are not particularly big (normal for Porto), but the big windows and balcony make it nice and bright, and more spacious. Breakfast was great - a nice choice of yoghurts, fresh fruits, croissants, little rolls and excellent bread. We really liked that the coffee machine and tea making bit were left available throughout the day. The Bolhao market nearby is worth a visit.

From the minute we arrived, we felt welcomed and like at home. The staff at the hotel are exceptional. Starting with Migel, who explained everything on our arrival, and Isabela at the breakfast, who is absolutely fenomenal. The breakfast is very nice, everything is fresh. Because it is a boutique hotel, you really feel like at home, during the day the kitchen is open and you can get coffee, water and tea, free of charge. Not many hotels offer this. In general, we highly recommend this hotel as its customer service is amazing. Loved Porto because we loved it here also.
