Not really much outside space just to sit, not necessarily by the pool. The breakfast bar area didn't feel suitable for an afternoon beer. Breakfast staff were prickly and not very welcoming, although breakfast itself was good. We weren't informed on our first day that you could order eggs cooked differently.

Location is 10 mins walk into centre which we liked, down hill on the way in and up on the way back, we were happy to be slightly out of the center. Great staff and having a pool area was good but would be nice to have a bar by the pool or more outside relaxing seating area.

Small bits. The spa didn't offer robes, towels, and slippers, but they have them in the room, so one has to take them from there. The gym ran out of water, and no one came to change the tank, even though I let them know.

The room is very comfortable, has a great restaurant downstairs, the spa has couple's massages, the pool has food service, and an amazing breakfast buffet.

Charging €4 for water in your room is not right considering the price paid for the hotel. Pool and pool area was pretty small considering the size of the hotel, although we didn't have an issue getting a bed during our stay. Hotel parking was expensive so parked for free nearby

Excellent hotel with superb staff. Very friendly welcome and staff were professional throughout our stay. Hotel was clean and modern with a calming feel walking in from the streets of Cascais. Good location. 6min walk to Yellow St. Room was well equipped with top quality fittings and furniture.

Not enough beds around the pool. People putting towels out but not there after breakfast to reserve Meant not everyone could enjoy the pool. Suggest they do a shuttle to beach and back as a solution or more beds/space

The spa wasn’t that well thought out. There was no place to put wet towels and you had to walk from the pool to the sauna inside and wet the floors which felt wrong

Simply one of the best hotels in the last years (Stayed in many hotels like Hyatt etc and Top 20 in Asia). Very exclusive interior, super nice smell in the entire hotel, exceptionally clean and superior treatment by the staff. We were there during the black out that hit Portugal and Spain and the very calm and professional handling of the staff in such an exceptional event, can not be described in words. It was simply brilliant. Also the restaurant is very exquisite.

Everything except having to figure out when might be the best time to get sunbeds at the outdoor pool. Staff were all very good, place is immaculate and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
