The bed wasn't that comfortable to lay on -- it felt like big pieces of foam of different sizes pushed together, but strangely, I never woke up with a back ache. So, I guess it was comfortable to sleep on? I have no idea. If they just improve the bed (which is the most important aspect of a hotel), I would give them a 10.

It was clean, basic but had everything I needed. There is a well-appointed kitchen for guests to use to fix meals. Comfortable, bright and clean common sitting area with tv. Staff were very friendly. Good value for money.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, giving me great local tips. The location was perfect just a short walk from the city center. Highly recommend!

I know even if it is a guesthouse, we would like to see some cleaning service to the room, 3 nights and room became messy. Bathroom is little bit small but enough. No wardrobe at room. The rest is ok about the hotel

We stayed one night at Check-in Lisbon Guesthouse and really enjoyed it. The neighborhood was lively and reminded us of our old place in the center of Amsterdam: character and energy. The apartment was nice and had a shared kitchen, which was handy. Our private room with bathroom was simple but comfortable. The staff were friendly and flexible: they kindly let us check out an hour later. A nice place for a short stay in Lisbon!

The mold in the bathroom. TV was small en too high to enjoy to watch. And it was noisy. You were able to hear everyone outside the room.

Loved the location. Super easy to walk into town and start discovering the city. Great AC in the room too which certainly helped on one of the hottest days of the year.

You can hear some noise through the room, for example the people walking through the hallway and also some outside noise from the street. As soon as we shut the window it helped immensely! The noise wasn’t really a bother though, still a great stay.

Joao is very helpful and friendly! The guesthouse is in a great location, we were able to walk everywhere we needed. The room was bright and spacious, with windows that opened which we loved! The aircon worked a treat too, especially with all of the heat. The shared kitchen was also a fabulous addition. Thank you for a great stay!

There are a couple of bars just outside the entrance door and in the evening I arrived, there were a huge crowd of young people gathered outside the entrance to the building and leaning on the door probably due to proximity to a university- the only thing that I really didn’t like about the place was the communal staircase that lead to the B&B floors as there was a strong smell of bleach and that made my head hurt during my stay there, so might be good looking into better and safer cleaning products for the building that is why I gave an 8 not a 9 - also the large crowd maybe

Good location for my purpose- the room and B&B areas were all recently refurbished and looked good and the room was a good size - João who was running the place was extra friendly and helpful and I mean even from before my arrival when I was asking questions about how to get access etc

Nice place, there is a kitchen for public use, and a salon . The room was clean and nice, not something special . The man in the reception was very kind and helpful . Few minutes away from the famous food market and the ocean .
