The pet fee is really excessive. We have a very small pet and paying 50 additional euros is totally unjustified. .

The area is lively so suggest you think twice about the apartments if you’re expecting a quiet street to stay in. From our experience the noisiest pub in the whole area is right outside both the apartments we stayed in (we had two apartments to cater for our family of 5) with their staff in the street the whole night whistling, dancing and shouting to draw people inside. We didn’t see any other pub quite so rowdy anywhere else in the neighbourhood. It’s not the apartments fault so I can’t blame them and the windows work reasonably well to stop most of the noise. Take earplugs!

The apartment wasn’t what I was expecting. We thought it would have been a bit bigger but overall, it was enough and comfortable.

The apartment was very well located and was in a great area. Staff were super helpful and friendly. They allowed us to have an extra day for the apartment after our previous one was cancelled. Easy to go around from here but there are a lot of hills. We certainly got a work out! The apartment was well serviced and clean. The breakfasts were simple but sufficient and we enjoyed our time in Lisbon! Thank you.

Cannot arrive by car, there is no parking available on site so it is uncomfortable if you come by car and the closest ones available are too expensive.

Still water bottles in refrigerator should have been free. Very hot outside. No lift in the building we stayed in. Lighting in the stairwell should be brighter. A long uphill walk from both nearby Metro/Train Stations.

The breakfast was scarce and limited. There was no shampoo, only foam. The sound of the street was somewhat in the house.

The location was good however definitely not for travellers with kids as it is in the middle of the bar street. Cleaniless was fine. The support team was responsive. Internet was stable and fast.

The floors are wood and squeeky. You can hear the people moving around above you.

The apartment is pretty big. Living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The area is near a lot of the touristy places so we could just walk to most locations.

Lighting a little dim and the light fittings not in a position that suits where one is situated. Lacking toiletries. Breakfast a little monotonous, same thing on alternate days.

Excellent communication with the property regarding access to the apartment. Spacious apartment, ward robes to hang clothes a bonus and a lounge to relax in. Location also excellent especially if you want to frequent bars at all hours of the night. Close to restaurants, places of interest and major transport facilities. There is lift to all floors and helpful staff move your luggage to your apartment. Great air conditioning.

The location was misleading. The address provided was a block up the street from where we stayed. It was quiet on that street. The front desk staff walked us a block down to our building location which was directly across the street from a very popular and loud night club that kept the party going until after 2 in the morning. Loud, unpleasant music, shrieking, hollering and motorcycles revving were all happening. If we did not have ear plugs we would never have slept. The breakfast was underwhelming. We received fruit one day, but not the rest of the time. The bread and cheese were the same and the meats were poor quality each day. Would have been nice to have variety and some grit and vegetables daily.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. In general the Bairro Alto neighborhood was a convenient location with plenty of good restaurants around.

Very loud night life area lots of people all night.

Great location, staff were very accommodating locating parking and the very European Breakfast was fun. Fresh bread delivery! Even with the loud and busy nightlife the widows were sound proof!

The sun shades on the windows were not sufficient, as sunlight still came through. I wished they were stronger than that.

We stayed in a different building than the one with the reception. The apartment was on the fifth floor and included a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It was very clean, and the bathrooms were spotless. The sound insulation was excellent—when the windows were closed, we couldn’t hear any street noise at all. They also provided breakfast delivered to the room, which was simple yet excellent. It included bread, yogurt, jam, Nutella, a coffee capsule, and a slice of cheese. Overall, the stay was very comfortable.

Breakfast list was very misleading. All though we had enough food to eat ; Some items listed were never provided. No cucumber, no fresh “cake of the day”, “juice” was flavored sugar water. Yogurt was also very high in sugar with no flavor. Apples had lots of bad spots. If you wanted a 2nd cup of coffee you paid for it.

The room was large & comfortable. Bathroom had good lighting. Bed was fairly comfortable.
