The view (there was another building right in front of the windows, made it a bit dark, but there were a lot of lights in apartment), online check-in and long explanation are a bit tricky, but easier in real life than it sounds:)

The apartment was comfortable, ideal for 1-2 people. It was cleaned every day. Everything needed was there and of good quality.

We arrived half an hour after the check-in time, and the room wasn't ready. The cleaner didn't speak English and continued her business without even slightly acknowledging our presence. It was a weird situation. The floor still felt greasy after the cleaning.

Big noise from the street. It's under construction, so the workers start early in the morning. Air condition system works very loud.

Very good place to reach the center by foot (close) or public transport. Clean, conviniet beds and pillows.

The address given in the booking was not the exact building. We had to exit the address we were given and go around the back of the block. We could have done with clearer instructions within the actual bookings of where the apartment was. Double bed was a bit small so we used the sofa bed as well.

The location was excellent. Walkable to everywhere we needed to get to and very near the Cais de Sodre train station, Time Out market and the centre of Lisbon.

It was hard to get a hold of a staff member. Our air conditioning did not have a remote control even though this listing is advertised to have adjustable AC.

From the moment we walked in the bathroom always had a strong old urine smell even after it was freshly cleaned. Which lets me know the mops etc aren't being cleaned properly between uses. This needs to addressed as it majorly lets down a great apartment stay and is very off putting. Also instructions if you are on apartment B are confusing.

Apartment is a good size and location especially for those that cannot do steep hills to start off their day. Has a more local feel which is nice.

No extra blanket. A lot of drilling noise till 10pm.. We booked it for 2 nights but 2 separate bookings. They rang us while we were on tour to say we have to move our things as they assigned us another room. We told them, we can't come back so they kindly moved all of our things to the new room. I didn't see the point of moving to another room. They just made extra work for themselves.

Very clean, spacious studio. Had all the mod con facilities. There was a bottle of water, tea, coffee, salt, sugar, ample cups, plates. There were packets of crackers with jam n water in the room. The sofa bed was comfortable but no extra blanket as there were 2 of us friends and we didn't want to sleep in the same bed. Good 15 minute walk to the main square. A lot of eating places and a grocery shop nearby. Quiet area in an otherwise very noisy city. Bus stop is very near from the bus station. Metro was 15 minute walk and Timeout market is about the same. Check in process was easy. We checked in online beforehand, making it even easier. Had all the information needed beforehand

Very nice clean, spacious studio. Bed was comfortable. Had all modern amenities..They changed our room for the 2nd night and moved all our things into the new room as we were on a tour.

Room was a bit smaller than expected, water from shower leaked outside, making the bathroom floor wet. Luckily there was daily room service who would dry it out.

Though a 15 min walk from the nearest metro station, there were bus and tram stops close by connecting to many locations. Convenience stores just below and a many cafes and restaurants. We had an issue with the washbasin, that was fixed promptly after calling customer care. Daily room service.

The location is in the older district with many street cafes. Walk or Uber most places - unfortunately there is so much construction work going on & nxt to the apartments & on both sides of the road with pile drivers. Work hours are 7.30 to 8pm (no Sundays) ..not too bad inside with windows closed. Otherwise it was great for us as well contained & private.

Good location. I had a high floor with plenty of natural light. Low floors facing the yard are dark so make sure you get a high floor or windows facing the street. Location is vey convenient. Reasonably priced
