Great location right on the new town strip but somehow not noisy and felt safe and gated off. Clean rooms, very nice bathroom, cooking equipment and friendly staff :) (pool also wasn’t anywhere near as bad as other reviews suggest)

I loved the pool and how close it was to the new strip. The staff were amazing despite my friends broke a few things in the hotel. I paid them back and they were very forgiving. Perfect for a lads holiday

The walk to the hotel from the strip could be unnerving for women or solo travellers.

The entry to the complex is complicated,, especially when driving but secure parking when inside albeit access is locked after 7:30 pm due to pedestrianisation of the strip (no in or out). The complex is a mix of tourist accommodation and private housing which might not be to everyone's liking but suited us perfectly. It is not a VIP complex but more than perfectly adequate as a base in Albufeira,

The property is close to a bustling strip in Albufeira but once inside, the complex is relatively quiet. On the strip there are a multitude of bars and restaurants and its all within striking distance from the sea with a taxi rank just steps away. The outdoor residents pool in the complex is huge with grassy areas to sunbathe on. The room is extremely well equipped with air con and many mod cons (fridge freezer full size for example) and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

it is not the hotels' fault - there is a lack of respect from other people using the pool (glass bottles), not sure it is really private as I saw people jump over the wall and any one around use the pool

Staff extremely helpful and accomodating, location is new and very clean. Best for party people - beginning of June might still be ok, later too much disco feeling - a lovely pool available

Hard to find, pool area was terrible and the walk in didn't feel too safe or clean at night. Definitely needs some attention to the outside.

The location is terrible. It is in the middle of the party street which is closed between a period of time, so we had to calculate the daily trips according to the regulation in order to be able to park our car inside the area. Unfortunately, the noise from the parties could be heard from outside.

It was quite a new accomodation when we stayed here even the tables were freshly painted. Our hosts were lovely, kind, helpful, I could mention all the good qualities here. The room was huge, the bathroom was modern which I really liked. We had all the amenities and appliances we needed for a good stay. We even received a bottle of wine upon arrival. Thank you for that:) Plenty of restaurants, bars nearby, the beach is a 10 minute walk.

Lack of signage to show where to go when in the compound, the pool needs a lot of work as it looks very unattractive at present.

The apartment's sound insulation was really poor when I came in, which was an issue as the strip (street full of bars) was just behind the compound. This could be mostly fixed: the window frame that gives access to the balcony is not properly installed as it can be moved (not only the window but the surrounding frame too!). Moreover, the door is light and lets the sound enter through the sides (this could be improved too). The insulation between the apartments was also basic as I could hear the neighbour watching TV quite well. The apartment was missing shelves and cupboards to store clothes and food, and the terrace was missing chairs and a table to be truly enjoyed. The apartment description was erroneous (the studio apartment description included features of the 1-bedroom apartment), so pay attention to that.

Nice garden view, large balcony, big swimming pool, great location close to the beach. Staff was helpful and demonstrated goodwill. Building is new and modern.

I was happy all round to be honest. I've been to Albufeira around 12 times but never stayed here before. Would I stay here again? Yes, no.problem. 55 years old n still a party animal😎

Hotel receptionist very nice and helpful.. my flight was delayed and she kept me updated with my taxi, room and everything. I couldn't fathom the room door handle out and she gave me prompt attention to help me. Booked my return taxi out and got me a great price. Taxi went to rest of premises and she phoned them up to solve the small problem and things were soon resolved.my room was very decent too. I can imagine it's a very busy hotel at peak time too with it being at the top of the strip, great location and tbh I never heard any loud music from the strip but I was cabbages one evening as the next morning I found my shorts, pants n socks in the dishwasher 👌😊💯😎Signs of a good night.

Finding the premises was extremely difficult, only for a very kind Uber driver we wouldn't have been able to find it at all. Entry and exit signage would be beneficial for customers. Really good staff and friendly. Clean and value for money.
