The hotel was nice, the restaurant had lots of food options. The room was spacious and had a nice view to the ocean.

The hotel is a little outdated, in some areas,but doesn't really bother us as all the main areas are really well maintained.

The hotel is on the beach,clear water,really easy access.. I emailed the hotel prior to my arrival,and they replied, and I got what I requested.. the employees were really helpful and polite. The room had a sea view and it was cleaned every day. Amazing air con and spacious room for 2 people with great beds and pillows.. The restaurant served amazing meals. Clean swimming pools and well looked after common areas. The location is a plus

Old town was a short taxi away or a 15 min walk on the beach. New town is the same but on the path rather than beach.

20 minute walk from the proper town, not a big deal at all. Taxi only costs a few euros

Brilliant value for money. It's not exactly a five star hotel so don't be expecting that, but staff were super friendly, couldn't do enough, food was surprisingly really good and it's on top of a beautiful beach. There is a great beach bar which isn't included in the all inclusive but it's only like €4 for a beer and not many people go down there so nice to get away

There wasn’t much we didn’t like. The pool area was a little grubby but they did have staff cleaning it. The room was great but there was a staircase right next to the door in and with young kids was a bit of a worry

Quality of the food is phenomenal! Hotel is clean, staff are friendly, pool is clean, service at the pool bar is quick and the views are stunning. Nothing not to like really!

Other guests.... It is an all in hotel, this doesn't matter if you go to the beach, other guests stay at the poolbar. Direct access to the beach from hotel. Empty beach! Fantastic.

Never seen so much wardrobe space, but only had 5 hangers between us, and other rooms in our group had even less. Unable to get hold of any more! Requested an ironing board on three separate occasions, but was never received - does seem like they're running pretty close to the wire on staff, and guess you can't have everything with such a reasonable price overall.

Restaurant is nice with a great view, not too hot. Food selection reasonable for the price paid. Facilities are a little tired, but rooms are massive, location is superb and pool area is great with satisfactory number of sunbeds (meaning no people rushing each morning to 'reserve' beds!). Overall very good value for money.

There was a €250 charge deposit per room, something not mentioned before or after booking. Snacks around the pool very poor and alcohol massively watered down. Options for lunch very poor and not something I used more than once in 4 days

Very unhelpful receptionist, She couldn't register us for a long time,made a face and showed her dissatisfaction.Then she turned to another employee, who registered us in a minute.The lady who couldn't register us gave us a city map and keys.The hotel is big and we can't find our room, when we go back to the reception and ask where our room is,The same lady replied, "Outside, go and look for it." with the help of other hotel guests we found our room.The walls of the room are very thin, you can hear the neighbors coughing and farting.There is a very strong, bad smell coming from the sewer pipes, especially at night.The hotel environment is untidy.The room had a mini kitchen, but there was no cutlery, no knife, no plates or cups, absolutely nothing.The hotel's indoor pool is simply terrible, messy and ugly. As soon as we entered, we immediately ran away, we didn't want to stay there for even a second.The hotel elevator windows are very dirty, it's hard to see anything through them.The restaurant tables were repainted during our stay.When breakfast came, we got our hands dirty with paint and ruined our clothes.

very good location next to the beach. The food is good, tasty, varied, there are salads, fruits, cheese, yogurt, desserts.A free bus runs to the center three times a day.Room is cleaned every day.

Not a lot not to like.

Better than expected. For a 3 star we were all pleasantly surprised. The food was different every meal. And better than we hoped. Pool bar great. Reception bar great. Staff friendly very happy group.

The noise levels from the other guests staying below us... we were woken at 3am and the noise continued throughout the night, there was no telephone to contact reception and ask them to deal with the situation so we had to lay and accept it.

Brilliant location, wonderful staff, excellent value for money, Good breakfast.
