    - We had a lovely big balcony with sea views and you could see the evening entertainment from there which was good (most rooms don’t have this we were lucky) - The fridge was very nice and cold for our beverages - It was only a short walk to the beach which was a nice beach that had two nice restaurants on it - The cleaners were very nice ladies

    - When checking in we were told we would be escorted to our room, we were left outside with our bags for around 15 minutes, out of sight of any staff members. This didn’t give us the best first impression. - The lady who checked us in missed out a lot of information like where the hotel’s restaurant was, what the check out time was, where the shuttle picks you up from, how to turn on the air con, so we had to figure this out on our own or go back and ask reception. - The safe in our room didn’t work which was annoying for us as we did have things we wanted to put in there. - The room was really outdated and looks different to the pictures online - We didn’t use the pool as it looked crusty and the pool also looks very different to pictures online (we got catfished 🐟) - No tea and coffee station in rooms even though there is a kitchen in the room - The kitchen has old cupboards which are empty ! No plates or cutlery or anything. The kitchen literally is a sink and fridge - When selecting rooms it asks if you want two single beds or one double and we picked one double but got two singles beds pushed together. - The shower curtain pole was broken and being held up by a chain and hook attached to the ceiling, not sure why they did that when it looks like an easy fix to just fix the shower curtain pole. - The ceiling almost looks like an office ceiling so maybe used to be an office? They really should of changed that. - There were some ants in the room, they could of entered through the massive gaps at the top and bottom of the front door. - The floor of the bathtub is yellow so we wore our flip flops when showering because it looked a bit gross. The hotel is spread across a wide piece of land so some of the rooms will be a far walk from reception. The hotel is in steep hill so some rooms to get to them you may have to walk up and down this hill all the time which is inconvenient.

The hotel was nice, the restaurant had lots of food options. The room was spacious and had a nice view to the ocean.

The restaurant was a little bit crowded.

I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years - but I can honestly say this was the worst experience I’ve had. So much so, that despite paying a fortune to stay here, we cut our losses and went elsewhere. Please avoid - don’t spoil your holiday

It cost an absolute fortune to say here. From arrival, staff on the front desk were awful. Room was then delayed for an extra hour on top of check in time because it wasn’t ready yet. We paid for a sea view with a balcony, and we got a balcony which could just about seat one person on account of a huge ventilation/air pump, which pushed out hot air into your face and into the room (please see photo). The room itself is very basic - beds are hard and pretty uncomfortable. The “all-inclusive” offer was dreadful - poor food and alcohol in the “cocktails” was non-existent. We asked about this and they insisted there was alcohol in it, but we never found it if there was. The pool isn’t so big, and the beach is a fair way from the rest of the facilities. It looked like there was a hotel bar at the beach, but no - just an independent one so couldn’t get any drinks from there.

The hotel is on the beach, clear water, really easy access.. I emailed the hotel prior to my arrival, and they replied, and I got what I requested.. the employees were really helpful and polite. The room had a sea view and it was cleaned every day. Amazing air con and spacious room for 2 people with great beds and pillows.. The restaurant served amazing meals. Clean swimming pools and well looked after common areas. The location is a plus

The hotel is a little outdated, in some areas, but doesn't really bother us as all the main areas are really well maintained.

On the beach. Good was adequate for breakfast & lunch.

Old town was a short taxi away or a 15 min walk on the beach. New town is the same but on the path rather than beach.

Good location, kind staff, clean room.

The room is not any soundproof, hard to get some sleep if you have noise neighbors, or someone runs in the hallway.

The staff were amazing and so friendly.

Sun loungers had towels on by pre breakfast. There is a sign saying after 40 Min of non use the towels will be removed. We didn't see this happen once over the week.

Brilliant value for money. It's not exactly a five star hotel so don't be expecting that, but staff were super friendly, couldn't do enough, food was surprisingly really good and it's on top of a beautiful beach. There is a great beach bar which isn't included in the all inclusive but it's only like €4 for a beer and not many people go down there so nice to get away

20 minute walk from the proper town, not a big deal at all. Taxi only costs a few euros

Staff were really helpful, the hotel was in a great location and the rooms were large and spacious

There wasn’t much we didn’t like. The pool area was a little grubby but they did have staff cleaning it. The room was great but there was a staircase right next to the door in and with young kids was a bit of a worry

Absolutely nothing. Every part of it was awful

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. It’s so uncomfortable, no one helped me with my bags and didn’t care to ask if I needed help when they saw me pulling my bags down and up the hill since the hotel is located up in a hill and each building is upper that the other. So disorganized. There’s no information about anything and the worst part was paying the amount of money I paid for the low quality of room and service I got. There’s a heater in the room in front of the bed that beeps all night and it’s very annoying. The hotel looks old and they take very poor care of it.
