Room was big, clean and convenient, was cleaned every day. We found there such things as bathrobe and slippers that can be found not in every hotel.

Rooms needs some renovation, some tiles cracked and the toilet seat also worn out.

Hotel was overall very good, the room was spacious. Breakfast buffet wide variety and the local products were of good quality. Location quite good, ten minutes walk from the center. Had private parking for 5 EUR per day.

Nothing, I loved it!!

Excellent location. It was very close to the center of town. It was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. They gave towels for the pool, and you could also take these towels to your day trips to the thermal spas. It was always fast and easy to order a taxie at the hotel. I will stay here again when I come back to Sao Miguel.

Everything was great, we had only a little misunderstanding about the taxi reservation time, if we can suggest it would be useful to leave a little voucher with the taxi time reservation to avoid this kind of situation in the future.

The swimmingpool was great, we really appreciate the pasteles de nata and the welcome drink in the room, the welcome postcard written by hand is very kind and cute! U feel at home!

Great Hotel, will stay next time we visit. The bed was super confortable and the room had a pleasant atmosphere. The manager left a personalized note, and that was a really nice touch. We had to be at the airport early, so we didn't have a chance to try the continental breakfast.

The staff was very helpful with where to go and eat. They were always friendly. Breakfast was great with plenty of fruits, pastries, etc. Great coffee. Location was excellent with plenty of restaurants nearby, walking distance. There was always parking in front of the hotel. Room is very comfortable. Would stay there again.

Mattress VERY uncomfortable, it had a huge flattening dip in the centre of the twin bed. I used a folded blanket to fill it out and it did help a bit.

One minor complaint would be the bedsheets, they were not so great (but also not too bad)

The location was perfect, in walking distance from the airport, which can be felt througout the stay as you could frequently see airplanes landing or taking off but due to the soundproof windows this is not as bothersome (it was kind of cool actually). The swimming pool was nice! (we also had one plane fly directly above us as we swam) - there are like 10 flights a day and only during the day, being a city airport, there are no flights during the night - so you don't have to fear that a plane will wake you up mid-night. The swimming pool was rarely occupied (we were staying mid-may) the initial dip was a bit cold but it got better fast enough. The staff was super nice, especially the bartender we met on our arrival. The room was nice and clean, with water and capsule coffee being refreshed daily (a regular and a decaf per person per day), the breakfast buffet had a wide enough selection so we could mix up our breakfast across our stay (and always it was nice). All in all a perfect stay, I can definitely recommend this hotel. 😊 PS: the maracuja Kima is a must try! (available at the bar)

We couldn't use the pool because it was raining.

The staff was so friendly and our room was so nice, comparable to a 3-star hotel back in the states. Although the continental breakfast was extra, it was good and plentiful and the milk was actually cold!

It would be good to have a jacuzzi or heated pool for the not too hot days.

Paid parking at a reasonable price on premises. Reasonable price for breakfast. Nice staff. Bar opens until 11:00 PM with a good variety.
