Very limited warm water in the showers

Amazing staff, good vibes and great for young travelers (18-25ish), central location and overall very good facilities for the price. The Hostel also planned an affordable pub crawl with great value.

The rooms get so hot. We had two fans going and the windows wide open and couldn’t get the place to a normal temperature.

I loved the location, easy to get just about anywhere in/around Porto. The patio was a nice space to relax and the common area was a great way to meet people.

Small mixed dormitory in this heat. Some people did not clean after themselves after using the toilet but that's not the staff's fault but needs to be mentioned. Also the lock of the toilet in the lounge area needs to be fixed, too hard to unlock

Great staff, great lounge area/bar and terrasse to hang out, clean room but too small for six people in my opinion especially mixed. The fact that there was a possibility to use a private shower was a relief for me. Overall good value

My bed was in the eaves in the attic on level 3. The ceiling was low and banged my head twice! No windows, only electric blower which wasn’t big enough to cool the room. It was very hot even in June! Toilets and showers on level 2. Cold water in the shower. Toilet broken for over 24 hours.

Located in a good area with bars. Had a garden to sit out in. Friendly staff.

The woman who used breeces seemed kind of rude, I’m guessing she was the manager. The younger girls, though, were much nicer.

-wifi at second floor not working -the young staff members had all four of them outside their cigaret smoke moments together. I hope they will stop smoking for their own health and realise that they have also a sort of role model to the in general young hostel guests. Obama said " yes we can" ;-) - the weather in Porto: only rain

Small storage drawer, it was hard to pull it out. I don't have wi-fi in a room. It was hard to ventilate room.

Good hostel, perfect for solo travelers. Great localization. Room was clean, bed was ok. Hostel had lots of entertrainments like pub crawls or daily tours. You can meet some great people in the lounge, where you have also bar. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Water temperature for showers and the like was not very reliable.

Great location, extremely nice and helpful staff. Facilities were mostly what you expect from a hostel at this price point, nothing exceptional.

Sometimes the smell of smoking from the courtyard reaches the bar area, the music on the bar is often skipping slightly during the day

I did the pub crawl with Pedro as our guide and we had such a great time out. It was a great deal for how much you paid and the group I went with was brilliant. Would recommend if you’re into that kinda thing :)

Our room was the one on the last floor. The ceiling was really low, so you need to fold in order to get to your bed. Some bathrooms were out of order, so in the morning you had to wait for a shower. The Wi-Fi upstairs was a bit slow and there were no socket plugs enough for everyone (had to charge my phone by unplugging the lamp in other part of the room). We went in September and in the room it was quite hot and stale because there was just one window and more than 10 beds. They tried to solve this problem by putting some portable fans, but in that case we couldn't charge our gadgets.

The staff was really nice and people were friendly. The breakfast was cheap and had various options. The best about the place was its location - really close to all the sights. Nice experience, but I have seen better hostels, sorry.
