The room could use some updating. TV and furniture getting old, especially the sofa bed which was squeaky, but the beds in the rooms were comfortable and the bedding very nice. The shower in our room didn´t work when we arrived and took four days to get fixed, had to complain five times before the plummer arrived.

Beautiful place and very well maintained. All the facilities you could wish for and a friendly atmosphere. Very large though so it takes a while to get to the swimming pool, tennis courts, etc. I recommend asking for an apartment next to the facilities you intend to use the most. Restaurants on location very nice but very expensive, especially the breakfast buffet.

This is no knock to the hotel, I have zero issues with the hotel... the airport immigration line was the worst I have ever seen... I have been to 94 countries and never seen such a horrible system to process passengers.

The resort was amazing, well kept, clean, and golf was a blast!! Our kids really enjoyed a lot of the amenities the property had to offer, the rooms were very spacious!

Most fabulous place that I have ever stayed at. This hotel is pure luxury. The facilities, the gardens, the food, the location but most of all the staff are spectacular.

Food is really overpriced- in some cases shockingly so. It’s not that great either. We ate primarily at local restaurants as a result, that were much nicer and a fraction of the cost

The day off our check out they started outdoor renovatsion, they put up scaffolding behinde our Windows. It was a little suprising and annoying because the work started before 8 am and it was noise.

The resort is big, staff is helpful and the brekfast was good. The check out is early but they kindly gave us an extra houre.

Very dated decor, room phone did not work, fridge door shelf was broken, dishwasher rusty, have to pay for a lot of things separately (ride on electronic cars, zip wires, etc). Would have expected some activities to be included in the price. Plus, buffet restaurant charged full price for my two year old which I thought was v excessive.

Nothing really. Restaurants were pricy in comparison to those off site but you pay extra for the ambience and the quality and service was very good.

Top class resort with very comfortable facilities and beautiful surroundings. Breakfast buffet is worth paying for with excellent quality and extensive choice.

Shame the beach restaurant was closed for dinner and the prices were quite high with coffee at EUR6 (but it was delicious). Other than that we were impressed.

I loved the space of the hotel and the access to the beach, via a lift and stairs leading straight to the beach. Breakfast was good with a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables daily. I loved the fresh bread and rolls as well as little pastel de nata. Spa was great as well and the indoor pool ideal for children. We had a wonderful time and i wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Location, facilities and service.

Love everything about this place. The resort is beautiful. The location is unbeatable and the facilities are brilliant for families. All staff we encountered were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend. Thank you for another lovely stay.

It was very difficult to get coffee and cream replaced every day as I get up early and like to enjoy a coffee on the patio. Need better attention to details not just clean the room.

The 2 bedroom residences are very spacious and well kept.

1. We didn't have breakfast because it was too expensive. 2. the cleaning staff didn't fill up our coffee and isn't restock our towels so we had to request those every day.it wasn't very pleasant.

Impeccable property and first class service. Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. 5 Stars for restaurants for the breakfast at the O Grill. Corda grill & Mare restaurant on the beach were both wonderful. Didn't get a chance to try the others but they all looked great. Can't recommend the place highly enough. The property was huge and having the shuttles on demand was very handy.

The pools are probably not big enough nor are there enough beds around the pool to accommodate the number of guests. It’s egregiously expensive at the resort. Everything is charged. When we were delayed for a children’s activity because the man driving the shuttle took us to the wrong building they still charged for 10mins of a 30 mins experience.

The property is well maintained and clean. There are plenty of activities, especially for children, the golf and tennis academy are great. Although it’s hard to book these without going to the actual golf and tennis locations to book. Pine cliffs really need to work on an app where you can book. The beach is incredible and staff helpful in providing deck chairs when all beds were taken.
