The villa needed a more comfortable seating for outdoors, having to use dining chairs wasn't the best. There was also large groups of single sex parties, which seams to contradict the policy of such groups being allowed.

The villa was very clean and the outdoor garden was well kept and pleasant to relax in. The pool area and restaurant was again clean. All staff were very welcoming and considerate.

Tiny bars of soap on the first day, never refreshed during our 5 night stay. Beds made up with decorative dust covers, needed to make up own bed first day- pulling out pillows and duvets from wardrobes. No washing up liquid or sponge provided in kitchen. Checked in on my birthday and really no special treatment at all :(...wouldn't stay here again sadly.

Close to the new town of Albufeira, good pool, nice breakfast and Pedro in the restaurant was the best-.so lovely and helpful explaing good beaches to visit.

Could do with a sponge and cleaning pack for washing up. Also could also do with 2 keycards than 1.

The pool was very cold. It's a good 15-20 minute walk to the nearest supermarket (Aldi), and even further to restaurants and nightlife. When I discovered how cheap the Ubers were the location didn't really matter as much.

The Villas are amazing and very roomy. The food at the pool bar was of a very high standard and reasonably priced, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the pool bar.

Enough space for everyone, the house gets cleaned every day, so we had more cleaned than we needed.

No iron despite being advertised. The property couldn't provide us with the remote for air conditioning on the first night. So we suffered in the heat in the middle of the summer!

Pool, bar and food was excellent. Views from the rooms balcony were lovely. Apartment was very spacious. Excellent location and everything is in reach or just a short taxi ride away.

Reception was a little rude in the beginning as we were a group of 6 girls. Assuming we would be noisy but that was expected.

Had few problems on arrival with TV plug and blind shutters but we're fixed once reported. Smell of drains which was on and off.

Lovley place, great value for money, in a quiet location but only a taxi ride to other places to visit. Pool area was lovley. All staff were helpful and very chatty. Villa was nice and big and had everything in to make our holiday, great air con.

The included breakfast was quite small. We could choose out of 5 options which were all tiny. But the restaurant was beautiful just beside the nice pool

We were happily surprised by the size of our villa, and the standard it had. There was a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace etc.

The walls are very thin so you could be unlucky and get noisy neighbours.

The staff are absolutely excellent. Bar/restaurant provides great food and drink and it is well priced. Any issues we had the reception where able to solve immediately. Very private area as well
