Hong KongThe bed was broken! Collapsed ! (given that I’m around 50kg) More importantly, you have to climb the stairs for MORE THAN FOUR flours through garbage room! The light turns off suddenly when we reach third floor, would not recommend if you got a luggage !

United StatesThe entrance was so filthy with garbage bins, dark and smelly. The apt is not in the 4th floor.. it’s a 6th floor with no elevator and poor lighting. Stairs were also dirty. The apt is ok, cute looking and nice size bathroom, however the room for two was so tight that we didn’t even have room to place our bags. We had to take turns to enter and move around the bed. It was ridiculously small!! No AC either, only a standing fan that would take half of the space to get to the balcony .

United KingdomThe bed was broken. I tried to fix it without success so notified the property after one uncomfortable night. I was simply told that there was a spare in the kitchen. There wasn’t: it was just some slats. Anyway, it was not my responsibility! The property boasted a balcony - but it was too narrow to fit on a chair and looked over a narrow back alley.
The only redeeming features about this property were its cleanliness and its location- right in the heart of Lisbon. As long as you don’t mind climbing stairs of five very tall floors.

United States(+) the apartment was very nice looking with updated modern facilities. The bed was comfortable with nice blankets and pillows. Access to extra linens free. The balcony inside the room was very pleasant. The kitchen was updated and and very nice. Cookies and coffee were available. There is a washing machine and drying racks. Felt very private from the other rooms. Good ambient lighting options inside room. Room came with a large glass jug of drinking water. The property hosts were mostly easy to communicate with. (+) I accidentally booked twice for the same dates and the hosts very kindly refunded/cancelled my accidental reservation completely free of charge!! (-)The apartment is on the 4th/5th floor which is inconvenient for heavy bags but that is only subjective to our situation. It seemed as though there was an AC unit in the hallway but it did not seem to be in working condition and at times the property was quite hot and sweaty, but the balcony in our room allowed for some nice fresh spring air to pass through. Not much room at all for luggage inside room.

FranceDon’t forget your ear plugs to fully enjoy your stay there and to sleep well (heart of Lisbon is naturally a bit noisy and the fact one is here talking about an apartment and not an hotel makes walls thin from one bedroom to another one). 4th floor with no lift is as well fully reachable if you don’t travel too heavy

FranceRun run run! Bed broken upon arrival. I was given another room. But my computer was stolen in my locked room 2 days after (I asked prior to my coming if it was safe to leave a computer in the room and they said yes!). Landlords would not refund anything, saying I was the only one with the keys (= accusing me in other words). Police knew the address - this is next to a sex shop and many junkies in the area. Slept the last 3 days with a knife next to me. Thanks for nothing. Guest house with nobody in, system of lockers for keys, that anyone can duplicate easily. Very unsafe. Worst trip experience.
