Spacious villa with everything needed for a comfortable stay, surrounded by banana trees and pine apple green houses. Especially I liked the ocean pool - perfect spot for a dip into the fresh water. We liked this place very much.

When I booked I thought the three houses had the same views, I wasn't aware that the one-bedroom house doesn't face the pool and it's facing west. But it has other pluses, such as the upper terrace and the sunset view from the bedroom terrace.

Everything. Very spacious, really clean, the house has everything you need and more, great upper terrace and great location.

Unfortunately the front units were not available. The unit that we stayed in only has a view from the roof area. We did not feel comfortable using the swimming pool area as it is in front of the other rooms.

Well equipped, it had a fire place with plenty of firewood and a coffee machine with sufficient pods. There is also a laundry room.

Some issues with torrential rain leaking into the initial apartment but we were moved into another & all was good.

Location with an ocean view, lovely artificial pool as well as a piscina natural all surrounded by a banana & pineapple plantation. Actual apartments, 3in total, are in a tastefully renovated wine cellar & distillery. Safe, secure location off the road. Very pleasant cleaning staff & the owner popped by from Ponta Delgada to see how we were doing.

We liked everything! Very spacious, clean, well equipped, comfortable. The owner even provided some buns, coffee pods, ground coffee, tea, vinegar, olive oil, jam. The swimming pool was lovely and the ocean pool was gorgeous! The accommodations were perfect!!

We loved this place so much. If I have to choose something improve maybe the towels could be replaced with newer ones. But that is hardly worth mentioning compared to how perfect the stay was

Only a couple of very small things. Lighting - the lounge was still quite dark, even with all the lights on, and we needed to use our phones for light when getting from the car to the pathway. The light only came on about halfway along.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used the upper veranda for eating, and just sitting admiring the view out to sea. The best feature of this property was the sea pool. Such a beautiful setting. We visited at low tide, when we could swim and relax in the water, and at high tide, when the waves came thundering over the rim of the pool, making waves in the water. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment was well equipped.

We had a suparb house. Our host provided the nessesary things like milk with local breads + jam. it is very far from the town, which was so helpful for as we arrived very late due to delay of our flight from Lisbon. The natural pool was fantastic and we saw so many fish around outside of there.

The twin beds could've been more comfortable.

The house is right on a banana farm that has private access to a natural swimming pool. The views of the ocean are stunning and the pool is great when the tide is too high. The house is quiet and the town isn't touristy at all so it's very relaxing. The location is accessible to everything you could need and not far from Ponta Delgada, Ribeira Grande, Lagoa do Fogo, Set Ciudades, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was even a welcome basket with some bread, jam, and milk and there was also coffee and tea. There's also a laundry room too. They even provided us with beach towels. It has everything you could need no matter how long your stay is. We took advantage of the outdoor table to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Wish we could've stayed longer and hope to be back again one day. I definitely recommend this place for small families or couples.

That we had to leave! Only one very very minor point, the kitchen could do with another cupboard/shelf to store food - although I appreciate if people are only staying for 2-3 nights they'd manage fine.

The location was perfect! The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I was a little worried about the beds after reading a couple of comments but I have no complaints and slept brilliantly on mine, it was lovely and comfy. Accommodation was lovely and clean, and the mid-stay clean was an added bonus we weren't expecting. The sea pool was great, even if you don't fancy a dip it was a great spot to sit and watch the waves, our children were fascinated with the fish in it. We felt this was the perfect base for our stay in Sao Miguel, we'd love to go back for another visit.

Very nice Quinta close to Vila Franca do Campo. Nice view from the roof terrace. Banana plantation just in front of the house. We could also check-in a bit earlier.

The furnishings could be updated, couches pretty old and sunken in but otherwise a great place!

The location was perfect. The sea pool is a really nice feature. Although, we were there when the ocean was a little wild; we still enjoyed going down to the sea pool and enjoyed watching the waves crash in. Everything you need was provided and comfortable. Good parking and close to town.

The beds were a little firmer than we are used to; many will like this, but it wouldn’t be our preferred type of bed.

Pictures do not even begin to capture the beauty of this place. This place has everything you need to relax and enjoy the Azores. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants, yet the property is quiet and a wonderful place to relax. The villa is comfortable and spacious, yet has a quintessentially Azorean feel to it. I had to do some work while here and the WiFi was fast and reliable. We enjoyed the private terraces and balconies, from which we could hear the waves at the ocean, and grill fresh fish from the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare our meals, and Miguel left us a nice gift basket with local treats as a start for our meals. It was a treat to walk through the banana trees to the private sea pools. This place surpassed all our expectations, and we’d definitely stay again!
