The hotel was really nice, a little bit further away from the city center but still fairly accessible. Nice hosts and great views.

Beautiful and relaxing

The pool and surrounding area were lovely. Rooms extremely clean.

Accommodation a bit dark and no view but other accommodation looked nicer. A bit tired in places, a few repairs needed and kitchen appliances could do with an update

We really liked the comfort of the beds. We also loved the the spacious gardens. The service of the staff was exceptional.

This place is a break from the crowd of the city. Calm, charming, peaceful perfect for relaxing. The personnel are nice and welcoming always happy and ready to help. The owner is managing this guests house perfectly and at the same time takes time to give you all the good tips about the area.

The property is charming and Andre the perfect host. The pool was lovely, the rooms spacious and cool, and there was a lovely view. We had a great time here and are very grateful to Andre for his kindness.

Relaxed vibe - welcome respite from visiting palaces and driving in the Sintra one-way system. Great view of the hill and palaces, from a distance. Good, inexpensive breakfast. Good base from which to visit Mafra.

Slightly disconcerting not being able to lock the sliding door when using the quicker, convenient route to the pool - especially with no safe in room. Figured it was safe enough, odds were low of either of our two neighbors being villains. Locking the door and taking a one minute walk was always an option.

We had the most wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived, the owner welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality – it truly felt like coming home. The surroundings are absolutely stunning: peaceful, green, and with fantastic views. Breakfast was delicious and served with care.

It would be ideal if the room was equipped with a small fridge and a kettle.

What a gem! This hotel was the perfect countryside escape. The garden is absolutely beautiful. Peaceful, full of flowers, and just a lovely place to relax. The view of Sintra and the castle from the property is so beautiful, like a postcard. Our room was super cozy, and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. We woke up feeling totally refreshed every morning. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming, always happy to help and full of great local tips for things to see and do. We’d go back in a heartbeat. Can’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with charm, comfort, and amazing views.

This rural property is everything you need to get away from the crowds. Tucked away on country lanes it is a breath of fresh air. (We had a hire car).

Not allowed to do laundry in the room even though there was ample space outside.

Loved the pool and the garden. The host was friendly. Andre gave great recommendations to local restaurants and booked our reservation for us. We loved staying in this charming Quinta.

A fabulous place to stay. We had the best time. Fantastic hosts, gorgeous breakfasts and amazing location. It felt so peaceful here. We will definitely be back.

Pool, calmness, view, owner, breakfast

Everything about Quinta Verde Sintra is delightful! The rooms are tastefully decorated (and smell wonderful), the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The grounds are fantastic, with a view of the Pena Palace in the distance. Tina and Andre are committed to ensuring every need is met, and we had great conversations with both of them.

If the linens could include a wash cloth, that would be nice. We appreciate it's not common in Europe, though.

No playarea for kids No ACC No fan It's was really hot 🔥 No washroom slipper were there... Small swimming pool snack bar didn't had much things and wasn't kids friendly ... kids gor really bored..
