We appreciate all honest feedback, as this is the only way for us to know what we are doing right and what needs to be corrected to provide our guests with a memorable holiday. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed our facilities and found our team friendly. Regarding the coffee, we understand that it may not have met your expectations, as each person is usually accustomed to a particular coffee taste. In this case, our options include two machines with freshly ground coffee beans and, as an alternative, filtered coffee for those who prefer a milder brew. We're sorry if none of these options met your expectations. We have forwarded your comments to our supervisors. Regarding the tables not being immediately set, we have chosen to leave that decision to the guests, as breakfast is a meal that, depending on individual habits and dietary preferences, can be enjoyed using a wide variety of dishes and utensils.
