Paying for hotel car parking, what’s all that about? Other than that not we didn’t find much to complain about.

A modern hotel with nice size rooms. The place is clean and well maintained with a nice sized and unusual styled swimming pool. Plenty of sun loungers and a bar and snack bar. Good breakfast in a comfortable environment. Well located although you might want to hire a car to get about.

It was a little far out but only 10 minutes from town in an uber/taxi

The hotel and facilities were fabulous, the pool area was amazing and so clean. The room was spacious with a large bed and walk in shower. The breakfast was buffet style with hot or cold options, all very fresh and tasty. Staff were very friendly and super helpful throughout the entire stay, would highly recommend!

The hotel and facilities were excellent - the icing on the cake would have been daily water and hot drink making available in the room (had to buy them after in initial welcome of 1 bottle of still water and only 2 teabags)

The snack bar service at the pool wasn’t great and the food wasnt very good.

All very clean, great breakfast and lovely warm swimming pool with shallow areas for babies. Had slight issue with curtain rail in our room but staff were excellent and very accommodating to resolve the issue promptly. The front office manager was incredibly helpful. Overall a very pleasant hotel.

The gym was a little dirty on the floor and worn out. They should write allergy info below the food names on their buffet.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood only 300 meters from the beach. Easy to drive from there to many good places around like Zoomarine, Algarve shopping, or to the next vivid city with nightlife. We stayed with our 3,5 years old son and we found very kind staff, mainly our receptionist Patricia who is an amazing employee, friendly, always smiling, helped to us with great infos and did the extra miles for our satisfaction! Breakfast is good with many options and we ate buffet dinner each evening, the selection was good with different regional choicesand always included lots of tasty riped fruits! Kitchen staff was also really helpful when we mentioned our food allergies! The pool area and the streetfood car is also great! Our room was more spacious then an average room with good storage space, and we loved the balcony. The gym needs some care and a little upgrade, otherwise the hotel is a gem!

Perhaps I didn’t fully appreciate a couple of things: • The need to pay for parking. • Not having free water in the room (especially since the minibar was empty and the available water was purified water, which I actually like, but in a four-star hotel I would have appreciated having it provided for free in the room). • Breakfast strictly ends at 10:30, no exceptions.

The location is very beautiful and conveniently situated for visiting many Algarve beaches. The hotel is clean, offers a good breakfast, and has spacious rooms. I also liked that the hotel is quite close to the beach, which is reachable with a 10-minute walk. The staff is very kind.

The options for breakfast were great. The hotel is in a great location with a short walk to the beach and great restaurants. All of the amenities at the hotel were great. Finally the staff at the hotel are really welcoming,very friendly and helpful.

There was a bit of a mix up with my room when I got there put me in a classic room when I booked a superior room . But when it was sorted the next day .

We both didn’t sleep well. There were people in the pool at midnight on the second night which kept us awake. The bathroom smelt drainy and the bathroom glass door was heavy and bulky to close and open. The sauna was not turned on so we couldn’t use and on the first day there was no water in the gym. The coffee pods or water in bedroom were not topped up on the second day.

Breakfast very good. Staff very polite and helpful. The pool was lovely and clean. The outdoor food shack was a nice idea for lunch and we appreciated the 20% voucher. The room was nice and clean with nice hand soap / shower gel brands. The bar looked nice although we didn’t have dinner there.

I think it's likely that the room I was in had the worst view and WiFi signal in the hotel. But one of them has to be bottom of the pile. The WiFi signal definitely could be improved as it didn't reach the balcony and was unreliable when in bed. That said, I didn't use it much and when sitting on the left side of the balcony, the view over the rolling hills was still impressive.

Food was excellent, the staff were marvellous - especially those at reception... Always quick with a smile and eager to help. 5-10 minute walk to a stunning beach and plenty of alternative places to eat very nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel staff are so helpful, they go above and beyond (in particular the girls working on the reception). Nothing was too much hassle for them. They gave great advice and recommendations. Large comfortable room. Great location, few mins walk to the main beach. Free yoga classes twice weekly were also a nice addition. The small shop in the hotel is also a nice addition to the hotel where you can purchase swimwear, suncream, bags or gifts. Very helpful lady working there also. The hotel staff really make this hotel what it is.
