Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur room needed some TLC to many things. Our bathroom door handle was broken, the shelf in the bath, cracked tiles placed back together and old decor. An upgrade to modernise the room. I also told the hotel in advance that I would be spending my birthday there, and got nothing back. No birthday message, no gesture, nothing. Slightly disappointing.
Great location, beds and rooms. Good breakfast also. Good value for money!

The Location suited us well, we wanted a pool as it is so hot in summer. We always stay a little further out of the CBD as a pool was a must and a Metro station - the station was directly outside the hotel. There was also a small 7/11 type store only metres away, there was also a large shopping centre 5 minutes walk away where you can purchase your sim cards etc. 5 x train stops to the city centre, not easy to purchase train tickets as NO English translations anywhere. Breakfast was very good for this type of hotel.Overall a very good place to stay.

HungaryThe pool is very small, not big enough for so many people, and it is constantly full. On top of that, it opens later and closes earlier than stated. There is no power outlet next to one of the beds, and the shower panel makes it difficult to access the bathtub.
The blue metro is very close, transport links are excellent, and it's easy to shop nearby. The Gulbenkian Foundation's gardens and museum are also very close. The beds are comfortable and there is a good coffee machine in the room.

CanadaNo bar located by the pool but if you put your order in they would bring drinks/lunch for you. The caesar salad that I ordered was not good. Seemed they poured on the dressing and added a few croutons.
The pool was heated and was excellent temperature. People did hoard the loungers. Sauna was excellent. Train was very close to the location. Great restaurants within walking distance.
