Pool was a bit small and only about 10 sun loungers so you had to get there very early to get one. Half board dinner menu was very limited

We spent a lot of money on 2 rooms for 10 days. Unfortunately, for health reasons, one person from our party could not travel & we only occupied 1 room - there was no compassion from staff, & a refund (even partial) was bluntly refused. The pool area is very small, we weren't able to get a lounger any day as they were always taken. The breakfast selection could be improved.

wasnt a lot pf fredh fruit at the breakfast buffet. and maybe clean the vents in the bathroom. A bit hard bed but you get used to it

We tried to use the spa and we waited over 30 mins for a staff member to show up. Also the hot tub was now working at the time.

We asked for a high room but was given one on the 1st floor (room 102) directly above the outside dining area. This meant cigarette smoke came into the room/people shouting meaning we had to shut the doors. Tables and chairs are put out between 7-7:30 for breakfast so we were woken early by them being moved about. Being on the first floor we were often disturbed during the night by people walking past, shouting and smoking. The pool area has 12 loungers, that’s it. They are accessed by two high steps that those with mobility difficulties would struggle to climb, no handrail either. Breakfast area is crowded and there was often a wait for tables and it got annoying having people trying to squeeze past and bashing into our chairs. WiFi not great, pillows extremely lumpy and very firm mattress.

Staff were very welcoming, room and hotel was spotlessly clean, breakfast was always hot and plenty of variety. Centrally located to the old town, which could be reached in less than ten minutes, it is worth noting that the area is hilly so those with mobility issues or in wheelchairs may find the journey a little difficult. Check in/out staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect , Breakfast wasn’t Great , had to eat out after the first morning , didn’t cater for vegetarians much. Beds were uncomfortable. Pool area is very small for size of hotel, Albeit the beach is just a few minutes walk.

There wasn't much we didn't like but a few small points.The noise from the water in the pool trickling down all night.If sitting on the balcony and someone jumped in the pool above the water came down into the balcony.Not good if using a device at the time.The pillows were not very comfortable but okay. The shower head in the shower wasnt working properly so not full flow but we managed

We loved the location of the hotel.It was very near the old town.Fantastic views.The staff were very friendly that we experienced at breakfast and reception and any staff around the hotel.There was an excellent selection at breakfast and it was all very good.We didnt eat any other meals there.Some people complained the beds were uncomfirtable on previous reviews but we found them to be fine.

Only thing I didn't like was when the storm came last Wednesday night and rain water came into room under door and windows but that was just a free storm

The coffee in the breakfast buffet is awful. Tried like 5 different ones. Also, u should change up the breakfast. Same thing for 4 straight days gets old quick.
