Everything was great facilities, room and cleanliness. Breakfast was ok, but same selection everyday, food ok, just a bit mediocre.

The reception staff are not good. Quite abrupt and a bit corrupt. I paid cash for laundry to be done (only 10 euro). But that cash apparently just disappeared and I had to pay it again at checkout! So, I obviously complained, but she wouldn’t accept my word, asking which member of staff I’d paid etc… I said not my problem, to remember who etc… check your cameras etc… but ran out of time, as taxi arrived, so had to just pay and leave. I said this is unfortunate, because otherwise its been great, Why would I argue about 10euro’s, its just the principle of it!? So keep an eye out for that if staying here.

Not enough seating by the pool area. Staff were not very friendly. Rooms extremely basic for a 4 star hotel. The basin in the bathroom couldn’t be any closer to the toilet.

Pool was a bit small and only about 10 sun loungers so you had to get there very early to get one. Half board dinner menu was very limited

The location was perfect.

We spent a lot of money on 2 rooms for 10 days. Unfortunately, for health reasons, one person from our party could not travel & we only occupied 1 room - there was no compassion from staff, & a refund (even partial) was bluntly refused. The pool area is very small, we weren't able to get a lounger any day as they were always taken. The breakfast selection could be improved.

The accommodation was great—modern, clean, and just a short walk from the beach. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of fresh options. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I would recommend for a relaxing seaside getaway.

Beautiful Hotel. Clean and fantastic location. Nice bottle of champagne left in room for my birthday. Will be staying there again shortly.

Grumpy staff. No parking although advertised as having free parking, Its not it is on street parking and very limited. Valuables stolen from our room. Would not recommend.

Pool was very small, bed and pillows uncomfortable, no iron in the room.

Above the beach so nice views. Close to the street behind with all restaurants. Breakfast was ace!

Paying for lock, no iron, noise from fridge, loud music from restaurant and ROCA bar on beach in weekend. The beach lift stopped working day 2 so no way down unless you use steps. Dad is elderly and I’ve got runners knee so not ideal for us - I found another way myself but good to have this info available for guests. My dad likes his tea but none in his room. Useful to have a kettle cause the coffee machine was noisy too and had to use a few times to get hot water.

The location of this hotel is great, sadly the concrete balcony lets the sea view room down, ours was below the pool so constant dripping of water on us,no kettle in room so couldn’t have a morning cuppa,the pool and sunbeds allways full so never got the chance to use them The continental breakfast was good and great choice, however the English part was not, bacon and sausage awful Staff were pleasant

Having no kettle, couldn’t even hire one Every time we went to use the sunbeds there weren’t any available, stopped looking in the end.
