A few idiots banging on doors early hours of the morning and running up the corridors. Although as per mentioned stayed here numerous times this was the first time I've encountered this, also maids cleaning rooms on above floors moving furniture around late at night and early hours of the morning a minor inconvienance however wouldn't stop me from returning. Also hotel asking for deposits on rooms booked three rooms two people didn't turn up due to unforseen circumstances still charged in full for the room, maybe as a loyal returning customer some concession could have been made?

Location great & good price for standard of the hotel. Staff helpfull tried the breakfast once and good value for money great selection buffet style. Rooms clean and comfortable stayed here numerous times always enjoyed.Will return plenty of shops & good value bars and resteraunts within close proximity couldn't ask for more.

Although the bedrooms are kept clean on a daily basis our room was slightly tired looking. No major issue but only slight downside.

The sofa bed was not the comfiest and there was lots of little ants on the balcony which sometimes got in but can’t be helped.

A little slow with drink service, and one of our party had problems checking in when there didn't seem to be any issues with the booking. It was sorted after a needless delay.

Only issue was the wardrobe didn't open properly. The door was off the runner. Wasn't an issue. Plenty of storage space anyway.

We had a major leak from the hot water pipe in bathroom on our first morning. Phoned immediately as we were flooding quickly but reception weren’t particular helpful or when one of us went down. The manager eventually appeared after a cleaner and by then we were paddling in hot water. The first thing he said to us was ‘what have you done.’!! We did then get moved to a ‘better’ apartment with a great sea view but the smell from the drains was not good. When we left reception didn’t ask if we were happy with our stay or any complaints so not too impressed.

Only 2 negatives....The sofa bed in the family suite was uncomfortable for my son, his back did ache from it. Probably more suited for small children rather than a tall teenager. We were made to purchase slippers and swim hats for the pool/spa. Maybe if there was a notice outside the spa to notify guests of this before they went in. (If there was one, we didn't see it).

The location was very good, everything you needed was close by. Staff were great, reception staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Very clean hotel, kept spotless.

Noise in the room from other guests, doors on the room was thin so easy to hear corridor noise. Had to pay to use the gym facility even though it was very small.

It could take up to a minute to get into the room as the door lock was faulty.The receptionist said the key card was working fine which was true, it was the door lock that was faulty. Small thing really, I'm sure if I pressed them it would have been looked after.

Gym did not open early enough and the spa facilities such as steam and sauna charged st an additional cost Euro 7.50 per day!!

The facilities such as the pool area, are really small and the sun lounges practically touch each other around the pool with little to next to no room to move them, making it feel like you’re on top of each other. I wouldn’t pay additional for any of the spa facilities, to be honest with the price you pay for the stay, these should be included in the hotel price and not additional, this was a common discussion amongst visitors staying during our stay. The hotel rooms are dated and are in need of a revamp, things such as old dirty curtains, loose door handles, paint peeling off the walls. The shower and the air vent needed a deep cleanse as they were filthy and covered in grime There is a foul rotten smell which fills the room due to the sewage pipes which you smell throughout your stay and at random times this is not an exaggeration something to consider when choosing to stay here. The hotel cleaning times are random, can be early morning, late morning, afternoon, or not at all resulting in the room being having to be cleaned the following day if lucky. As nice as the cleaners were lets not be distracted from the task at hand…cleaning… the room wasnt cleaned properly when we arrived the room was supposedly cleaned but there was hairs on the headboard and on the bed from the previous stay! There were a lot of ants appearing from all over the place and even after cleaners had been in and “mopped” the floor they were still crawling everywhere!! Really disappointing, this maybe due to there not being enough cleaners employed and their rushing to get the rooms done rather than spend the required time cleaning the room There was no mention of a deposit needing to be paid on arrival at the hotel which was an unexpected surprise and i even checked the booking details numerous times and there was no mention of a deposit needing to be paid which was annoying!

The hotel is placed in a fantastic location, not to far from the local supermarket, restaurants and within 15/20 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel reception is spacious and welcoming, the bar staff are polite and friendly and are on hand ready to serve at the drop of a hat and always with a smile on their face!! The reception staff were helpful and available at all times to sort out issues and to answer all queries raised. The room was spacious and the air con unit was fantastic with no issues and did the job!! The view from the room being on the 3rd floor was good and could see the sea, town etc, beautiful on a night if you fancied sitting out on the balcony!
