Location!

Lots of stairs to climb with luggage. A bit noisy in one of the bedrooms one night from a restaurant out on the street

An affordable two bedrooms apartment. An excellent location!

Great location, 2 separate bedrooms (although one is without windows) with kitchen and living room. Got some useful information before arrival to my email.

I missed that information when was making a booking, so it was an unpleasant "surprise": - Had to pay 30 EUR extra for a late chekin (after 10 PM, even if it's 10 min. late); - Had to leave 300 EUR deposit in cash (I've stayed in much better appartments than these many times, but never was asked for a deposit). For us it wasn't a problem, but keep in mind that if you have a big heavy baggage it can be an issue to bring it upstairs :)

Central, clean, all amenities available.

The location is amazing. Your are close to the Electrico 28 and to the Metro. There are restaurants and grocery stores all within a few minutes walk. The apartment has been recently refurbished and is very clean.

Climbing three flights of stairs and no air conditioning was expected but it isn't for everyone. Other than that, no complaints. If you do leave the windows open at night, make sure to bring earplugs if noise bothers you. It's not as loud as other streets in other districts - par for the course in an older European city - so it's better to deal with it effectively than complain!

Maria was fantastic, out flight was delayed so we stayed in contact via what's app whilst waiting for immigration, which took hours, then she arrived at the same time to let us and show us around. Location was fantastic.

Good location. Walkable distance to lots of restaurants. Quite at night. Maragarida was a great host and very helpful and responsive to all my questions. The owner also is good at communicating.

1. Two guys offering and selling drugs right below the arch (where you have to pass to get to the apartment) They offer it even if they see you with kids. This is not the owners fault at all but didn’t feel safe passing by everyday with my girls. 2. Uber or taxis are going to leave you far from the apartment since there is restricted access to the apartment. 3. No elevator. Narrow stairs not suitable for young kids or older people. Can be very tiring after a long day walking around. 4. There is no AC on the apartment, just floor fans. I have to mention that we were ok with just fans but it was also beginning of June, not sure during July or August when it gets hotter. 5. There are not enough bed sheets or pillows if you are a group of more than 4. 6. The washing machine was very dirty.

The location is perfect, the apartment is nice, cozy, well equipped. Recommend! Just for info - apartment is on the 3rd floor with old narrow and steep stairs.

Everything was excellent especially the location, just a walk away from Terreiro de Paco Metro station. Very sweet and helpful owners too.

Be prepared for a 3 storey flight of stairs especially if you have loads of luggage to carry.

Great location for tourists, everything was as advertised.

This was not a problem for us at all, but could be for someone else - apartment is on the upper floor with old narrow and steep stairs.

Lovely clean bright appartment conveniently close to the centre and the Cathedral. Situated in in an older terraced house but decor was fresh and modern. Loved the sound of the cathedral bells to wake us in the morning! (Don't worry, they don't ring before 8am!)

Beds were very firm and only one pillow each. Comfy if you sleep on your back or front, but not if you are a side sleeper!

1. The host, Margarida, was helpful. Her friend, Maria, who came to receive us was extremely pleasant and welcoming. She also guided us with regard to good touristic spots as well as restaurants. 2. The location was great, with proximity to restaurants, train station, metro, churches, supermarkets and touristic sites. There's also a lift right next door that conveniently transports you straight to the Largo da Sé! 3. The apartment was well furnished, clean and comfortable. In particular, the kitchen had all the essentials (pots and pans, as well as basic ingredients) required for a convenient stay. 4. We were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely bottle of Portuguese wine awaiting us when we arrived! 5. The pictures provided give an accurate description of the property.

The apartment is located on the third floor and has a rather steep staircase, making it rather difficult for older people as well as those carrying heavy suitcases.
