Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

MaltaI stayed here for 2 week so this is my honest feedback: Most importantly, this place is not advertised as a 5 bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom and kitchen, so I was disappointed with what i paid for. A few people who stayed here also said they didn't realise it was a shared apartment because it it not clearly listed as this. For the price i paid for 2 weeks (€1600 including cleaning fees and taxes) I was expecting a private studio apartment, not a room in a shared apartment. I could have booked a private studio apartment or hotel with daily fresh water, coffee, cleaning, room service, gym and pool for the same price in the same area. This place is not up to the standard of similarly priced accommodation in the area. It should be priced as low as a hostel. Having to wait in the morning to use the bathroom was annoying, and having to share a bathroom with strangers is a really low standard of living. This place should be advertised as a hostel or shared apartment. I later discovered that room 5 had a private bathroom, yet I wasn't offered this even though I stayed for 2 weeks. Security issues: the apartment is on the 1st floor, and the windows lead onto a roof patio which thieves or anyone could easily get onto and steal from the rooms, or worse. These windows were open frequently, especially the bathroom window. I didn't feel 100% safe here, though there is 1 security camera in the hallway. I sympathised with the single females who stayed here. They probably thought the same thing. It's not private at all. One night, someone was trying to get into my room at 4am - most likely a drunk guest who mistook my room for theirs. They woke me up in a panic, and I was glad my door was locked. The doors are very difficult to open, so the person was really trying to force the door open. That was very unpleasant to experience. During my 2 week stay, many people came and went.
The people that maintain the place are friendly, and brought an ethernet cable when I had WiFi issues. I met some interesting people during my stay too. The room was clean and they clean the apartment every day. They only cleaned mine once during my 2 week stay however.

GermanyOne bathroom for up to 8 or 9, 10 people? At least was often stinky and always dirty....and there was not even desinfectant to prevent transmission of candida or so...Hygiene Standard are not meeting my personal minimum standard. Washing machine moldy super dirty and stinky...hope linens were not washed in there. Doors were not remodelled correctly: while I really like the charm of old wood doors these were not reworked correctly and likely just painted. So closing and opening the doors was super difficult and noisy. All in all I don't like this kind of business making. An apartment where people could live transformed by some investor into a share.....so you pay 70 or 80 euros a night to live like a first year Bachelor's student in a shared apartment with furniture in my room falling apart (the desk would probably stand on the streets in Germany for disposal).... There is no owner, nothing personal...just money making out of some low standard apartment decorated to some extent so that it may look nice....the price difference to a 4* hotel is minor and the standard differs extensively. The accomodation is by far overpriced. Other price would receive a better rating.
Very comfortable beds and new and nice linens etc. Close to university. My room had some kind of mini balcony which was nice to have. As this is an apartment where many people live it was good the door system was silent, so when the door opening system was operating no loud sound that wakes up other guests. The bed is the best thing about this apartment. The accomodation is by far overpriced. Other price would receive a better rating.

PolandAwesome place to stay — super clean and nice-smelling sheets, chill vibe, and really well located close to everything. The subway and buses are right outside. There’s a supermarket next door too, which made things super easy since I could cook in the shared kitchen — it had everything I needed. Totally recommend
