Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe location is at the top of a hill so it is quite a walk back from the beach. Easy to jump into a taxi for a few euros though. Unfortunately there were some maintenance issues e.g. the toilet door did not lock and some of the wardrobe doors didn't slide. We were also not given towels for everyone in our party. There was also a loud intermittent buzzing noise from the air conditioner in the bedroom. We asked the manager to come and help with these issues. They came and gave the towels and fixed one of the doors. They said they would come back and fix the buzzing noise and the toilet door lock but they never did. Worst of all, they also asked us to only put negative comments in a private message to them. I really object to this as I feel consumers need to be able to see reviews so that they can have an accurate picture of the place they are going to rent. Overall, the property is a nice place to stay, but I object to this dishonesty.
The apartment is nice, it has a nice outdoor seating area and two loungers on a small private garden area. It is very close to a lovely large pool area, with a nice cafe/bar/shop. There are sufficient loungers and umbrellas around the pool and generally we were able to find space to sit around the pool. There is always plenty of parking. Inside the apartment, the air con worked well and it is well kitted out, although weirdly there was no corkscrew!

United KingdomPossibly a second bathroom would have been good considering the accommodation holds upto 7 people. Only 1 sofa which i appreciate would not get used much in high season due to sitting outside but in winter and low season was too cold to sit outside in the evening. Was very cold in the evening so we tried to put the temperature up on the AC, this did not work so we did find 2 heaters that we plugged in to warm the property up as our clothes felt damp the 5 days we were there. It did not help that it rained quite a bit too. Maybe an information book would be good on how to use the washer ( which was in French ) so we could dry towels as these were never changed the whole time we were there.

Lovely garden environment and sunny pool area. Lovely landmark windmill with high class restaurant. Comfortable beds and good space for two adults to relax …… with spare beds for guests.

United KingdomCan’t really fault it… apart from the sliding wardrobes that do not slide easily. But very minor issue and I would definitely return.
The pool area is lovely and the little cafe/bar area served great food and the staff were very friendly. The apartment was great and had everything you needed. It even had a little outdoor heater which was great for sitting out in the evening when it got a little cooler. The location was great 10/15 min walk into the old town.. but not a great location if you have mobility issues as it is all uphill but a taxi was only €4 from the old town.

United KingdomVery steep hill into town. Worth considering this if have arthritis, young children etc. bunk beds prob not the best for older teenagers. No instructions re appliances but we guessed and got most things working . A few issues at the pool re large groups reserving sun loungers and umbrellas - we ended up in the grass most days

United KingdomLocation marker on the listing was way off. Apartment is actually about 1km away from the marker, up a very steep hill, and away from the central location that it's marked as being in. The views were amazing, but we ended up having to hire a car so that we could get to supermarkets, beaches, restaurants etc. (we had a 3 year old, so walking up and down that hill wasn't an option).
Apartment was great. Well equipped and clean.
