The location was amazing, the breakfast also good with yogurt, toast with jam and bread. The bunk beds had privacy as there was courtains.

The restroom wasn’t always very clean, but this was more due to the residents than the hostel itself — I saw the cleaning lady working hard every day and she really did a good job.

I stayed in a mixed shared room at this hostel, and the location was exceptional — very close to public transport and within walking distance of the historic center. The staff were very friendly, spoke good English, and were always willing to help. Each bed had its own curtain and light, which gave a nice sense of privacy, and there was a drawer/locker under the bed (just remember to bring your own lock). These small details made the stay more comfortable. Overall, it’s a great option for a short stay, especially for solo travelers or young people who enjoy a lively, social atmosphere. For families, it might not be the best choice. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it with that in mind.

There's only one common area, the one by the bar. No smoking area. If you want to smoke, you have to go outside the hostel.

Located in a perfect location. You can walk to many of Lisbon's main attractions and it is also so close to public transportation (buses, metro). The true star of the show is the 21:00 to 22:00 Happy Hour, where you can have as many alcoholic drinks as you can handle in an hour and get tp know and have fun with many of the people staying in the hostel. One downside, though, leaving. Every single in time, I'd make dinner, go out, or in bed, I'd check my the time and think " Oh crap, it's 21:00 people are drinking for free at Gspot right now"

Air conditioning in room didn’t initially work at beginning of stay. Some electrical faults, but this was apparently down to the Supplier and not necessary completely within their power. Showers are decent, hot and good for a shower. I feel like they could do with a little bit of investment in a refurbishment to make them a little bit more cosmetically pleasing. It’s an area that does feel weak with how good everything else is.

Amazing staff, very friendly and create a great social atmosphere. By far the easiest hostel I’ve been in for getting to know new people as they really have created an atmosphere that lowers barriers.

The room is very small. I feel like there should definitely be one less bunk bed in the 8-person room. The blankets were a bit old. The drainage system in the bathroom should be fixed, as the water doesn't go down properly and stays on the bathroom floor.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was surprised how good and big the breakfast was.

Everything here can be fixed and if it is, this could be a phenomenal hostel. The bathrooms have serious drainage issues and the water pools everywhere all day. The sinks also didn’t always drain. The lock on our bedroom door was broken as well. The air conditioner was not very strong and the room often felt stuffy. The draws beneath the beds for storing belongings are hard to move and awkwardly placed - you can’t have your draw open and still have someone be able to easily walk through the room.

Bathroom floor were not clean. You need slippers during the stay. Room area was okay but there were 10 beds in the room. Air conditioning was not enough to keep the room colder. We kept the window opened simultaneously.

Shower was pretty dirty all the time and not every door you can close. Room is very small, and I have neighbors with very big suitcases and they always trying to organize them inside the room. Bed was really shaky and when someone goes up at night you’re waking up. My neighbor shakes the bed for 15 or more min every night Some people sprayed inside the room deodorant. After that is not possible to stay in the room.

is a party hostel, if you want to sleep by night is important to know that is not the place for that. all guest drink from 21-22 around midnight they come in the rooom to repare for going out and at 3-4 am they come from the pub crawl..so all night people come and go in the room, quite difficult to sleep by night

I loved the location and the workers from there were excellent!!! I would love to specially shout out for Renata, who was the sweetest and did an awesome job guiding us all along. However, all the staff we met were wonderful! There are some pretty cool initiatives too!!!

The bathrooms could be cleaned more frequently at night, as many people come back from parties and use them.

The staff at this hostel are amazing! Lively, fun and super helpful! The hostel is awesome, it has a cool common area, with an amazing breakfast, shots and happy hour every day! The beds are comfortable and equipped with lighting, sockets and curtains. I had a great time here :)

Zero security of your food in the guest fridge. Imagine buying food in the afternoon cause you expect to get back from your tour really late, and stores might be closed by then. You get back, and the food has been eaten, and now you are stranded and starving. This happened to me twice, and the food was unsealed! Even wrote my name on it (like the staff advised, after it happened the first time). My guess is that one of the staff is behind it because the second time it happened, there were about 90-95% of new guests, so what are the odds that a new set of guests also like to steal chicken. Asides that, cool place.
