Loved the food! Absolutely delicious. Room was spacious and suitable for a family stay. Beach shuttle is really amazing service, takes you to 2 nearby beaches. Falésia is the nicer one, but be aware there’s no facilities available. Only 1000 steps up:)

Had an excellent experience! The suite was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The reception staff were very welcoming, everything was always clean and well organized. The hotel also provided transport to and from the beach, which made our stay even more convenient. I truly loved the experience and will definitely be back!

WiFi was slow. The toilet seat kept falling off.

Loved our huge balcony with sunbeds. Nice pool. Good pizza and burger at the poolside bar. Breakfast var nice, with a good selection of food. Not in the centre of town, but a number of good restaurants around the hotel.

The staff made you feel like family. I felt like I wasn't bothering anyone while there and that the staff was actually happy to work there and engage with the guests.

Overall had a great stay. The kids club looks neglected with limited resources unlike the rest of the hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, however unprepared for advertised activities and almost surprised they were on.

It seems that most rooms, including ours, overlooked a car park. We were told that that the larger pool was not heated but the smaller one was heated. We did not think either pool was heated.

We had a very spacious apartment which had everything we needed. There were two pools. It is only a 15 minute walk to a very pleasant beach (Falesia). Loads of restaurants within 7 or 8 minutes walk. All in all excellent value for money.

We had booked all inclusive, but personally we didn't feel like there wasn't much variety. They always have fresh pizzas, but the toppings were the same each day, and the breakfast definitely caters to British guests. One member of our group was vegetarian and there wasn't a great selection of veggie options. Another thing to point out is that the food was not labelled if it was vegetarian/ vegan or even what the dish was. For example the 'meat pie' didn't have a label to explain what was in it or what meat it was. Nor did I see any labels for intolerances such as nut/ lactose allergies. If I were to book again, I would not go for all inclusive. I also did not find the beds that comfortable, but I was the only one to think so out of our group of 3 so that's just a personal preference. The sofa in our apartment doubled up as a sofa bed, we didn't need the sofa bed but the sofa itself was not very comfortable to sit so imagine that you would not get a good nights sleep on it either.

We booked the deluxe two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, all the rooms were very large, we had two balconies and two very spacious bathrooms. We were a group of 3, which included my elderly mum who does sometimes struggle with hills/ long walks but it was very easy for her to get around the hotel, and the lifts were always so quick to call. The kitchens were well equipped with different size pots and pans and great selection of crockery/ cutlery. We didn't use them but were surprised to find the pots and pans so clean with 0 scratches on them! The staff were always really friendly and really helpful. They offer a shuttle to two beaches nearby, we went to the beach that offered the free loungers and shade, both times, the beach was very quiet. It is a bit of a walk to the beach once you get dropped off, but there was a member of staff who guides you along to the area for the hotel guests. (If you want to go to the beach at your own time, an uber is around ~€5 one way) There are a couple of restaurants walking distance from the hotel, a supermarket and a little gift shop (all within a 5-10min walk). Ubers are really cheap, on the way there we had asked the hotel to arrange a taxi for us, but on the way back to the airport we arranged an uber and it was ~€15 cheaper. The hotel is a great base, we went to Albufeira old town and Faro old. Faro old town was gorgeous and very picturesque.

We had a fantastic stay at this all-inclusive hotel in Albufeira with a half-board option. The food selection for breakfast and dinner was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch – our room was comfortable and well-equipped for cooking, and the pools were a hit, with separate areas for kids and adults. The kids’ play area added a wholesome touch, keeping our little ones entertained. In the evenings, the lively atmosphere created such a great vibe. We loved every moment and would definitely return for a longer stay!

The buses were not great but the Ubers were all awesome.

Everything - it was really peaceful away from the noise of Albufeira. The staff were all really helpful. It was really close to the beach.
