The reception working hours should be better adapted to the location where the apartments are. The possibility of having B&B could be better exploited. The smell that was coming from trash bin shows that the cleaning activity prior to our arrival was not done perfectly, the malfunction of the blinds, no blinds at all on the front facing windows.

The location, the parking accesses and possibilities, the key code to enter the building gives additional protection to the users. Near access to Beach and other commodities.

The apartment could have some minor improvements, i.e, the freezer was completely frozen and unusable, some lamps showed usage signs and there was no microwave. luckily we only used the fridge so we did not have any constrains in that.

We were surprised by the spacious apartment and stunning view of the marina. It was also very clean and we appreciated the included parking spot in the garage, as it is generally difficult to find a parking spot is the streets nearby as it is always full.

While the area was amazing—especially during the week when it’s so peaceful and quiet—the apartment itself could use a bit of care. As someone else mentioned in a previous review, the bedroom lacks character or warmth. The bed was uncomfortably low, and the bathroom could definitely benefit from some upgrades. The sitting room and kitchen area were decent, but housekeeping only provided one kitchen towel every other day, along with a single dishwasher tablet when the cleaner visited—also every two days. The balcony was underwhelming, furnished with just two chairs and no table. The TV was smart, but there was no way to stream content from a phone, which was disappointing. Honestly, you might be better off staying at a hotel where, even if the facilities aren’t exceptional, you at least get breakfast included.

We enjoyed the view of the marina and ferry coming in and out, beautiful views. No noise at all.

No balcony table outside, just chairs which meant that you could not sit out and drink something. There was only one wine glass and there was no hair dryer.

When we arrived the living room was dusty. Especially near the couch area. Some lamps were missing the light bulbs so they were not working. The bathroom has a problem with the showerbox. Since it's a half box, the floor gets very wet next to it. The toilet lid was broken but we managed to put it back in place from time to time. And in the bathroom area we had our biggest problem that was the sink hole cover. It got stuck when one of us used it and it was horrible to open it up again. It seems it is lacking maintenance for quite some time. Plus, two of the shower towels that were supposed to be clean were very dirty and smelly. On the master bedroom the shades does not work properly since the sunlight comes through it pretty easily.

The location is amazing. We were attending an event that was happening very near the apartment. Other things like drugstore and supermarket were extremely easy to access too. The apartment facilities were very spacious.

We were at a loss on how to find bed sheets and pillow for the extra bed (we were three people and had an extra bed in the living room).

Better information about location if parking and access from garage to apartment not explained or signposted or indicated in any way. Cooking equipment very minimal. Enormous saucepan and little else. Request for extra items handled by reception which was helpful and solved some problems. Design appears to be more important than functionality in many areas of this apartment.

Very well situated with view overlooking marina and gardens. Parking underground very useful but not easy to find.

The actual apartment was fabulous. However trying to find it or where to check in was a nightmare. Nowhere does it tell you to go to the hotel, which is a totally different location! Also in the car park there are no signs as to where to go. Very poor!!!

Wifi is slow. TV is very old and small, there is a DVD player and even a 20 year old cassette player for music. It really needs an update. You can't access editory pool or gym. Next time I prefer to stay in editory hotel instead of these apartments.

The apartment is very well located, it has an amazing view from the balcony. Staff is very friendly. Restaurants are just below the apartment.

The Staff that attended me forgot to update the card to enter the apartment. It meant that we entered the garage carried all bags and then could not get in. Back in the car to the hotel. Unfortunately the staff member did not dignify herself to apologise and obviously thought this was completely normal.

Leaking airco in the bedroom so we had to move to another apartment. Sold it to us as a upgrade witch’s it wasn’t even close for a lot of reasons. Next morning water leaking from the bathroom through the floor over the kitchen on the ground floor. Because off safety issues we needed to move again… they gave us after insisting for a solution a room in the hotel but the airco dit not work. They repaired the airco but without result. We needed to move again to another room which was again not an upgrade but a downgrade. Very disappointing and not enjoyed a day at Troia. First and last time for us.
