The hotel is quite nice and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. The pool is good and the sauna is great. You can definitely relax here.

On a hill!! Wine and port power was needed!

Very friendly staff. Hospitable and flexible. We were able to drop off our luggage early before check in then enjoy a coffee before exploring the town and coast. A little oasis with easy access to the beach and town. You don’t notice the road. The wine was very cold and served with a smile!!! The suite was huge with 2 toilets, making my wife very happy. Breakfast selection good and pool/sauna made for a welcome chill out in the afternoon.

the lady at reception really helped me with all questions, made me feel at home, showed me the way to the beach. really fantastic. the room was great at the back, quiet, view to the ocean. very quick to the airport next day with little traffic.

Room was on road and when we opened window for fresh air and to dry swim gear it was very noisy. It's also quite a walk into the town beach and restaurants.

Nice clean hotel and comfortable bed altho room small. Staff very helpful and indoor pool was nice. Ate in the restaurant and had a decent meal ..very straightforward food. Breakfast had good choices and served at helpful times (7 to 11)

Air con was functional but dated, could do with being upgraded. One evening we ate in the restaurant and we were served an undercooked burger after asking for it well done (we are aware that some places offer burgers cooked medium) however I asked for a new burger and the same burger re cooked came back out. Seemed to be a huge language barrier that evening as other members of our party waited a long time for drinks etc. when I went to pay I asked for the burger to be removed from the bill and the waiter had to get someone else to explain he was also rude to the other waitress on the night. Other than that 99% of staff were exceptional.

Lovely quirky hotel, spotlessly clean and exactly what we needed. Huge bed, we were upgraded to a superior room due to having a travel cot. Reception staff and most of the restaurant staff were excellent and extremely friendly couldn’t have been more helpful.

We booked a suite which we were not happy with as there were some maintenance issues . It is clear that the hotel needs to be refurbished and there has been a lack of maintenance in recent times . I am confident that the general manager will improve the hotel as soon as possible . We moved to another hotel after the first night and were given a prompt refund. We were visiting the local area for a wedding and some of my family also stayed at the hotel. They were happy with their rooms but we expected a better experience and a higher standard of room based on the price we paid for a suite.

The location and spacious room. The staff and general manager were very friendly . We arrived early in the morning and even though the room was not ready, we were given breakfast. The hotel has an indoor pool.

Restaurant service and quality of food. Although the restaurant was quiet I had to wait almost an hour before being told my starter wasn’t available. My wife had already had her main course. I ordered a different starter which I didn’t really want, then 10 minutes later they decided my original order was available. Then another half an hour for my main course, a pizza. By which time I had eaten bread I was so hungry so less appetite. But pizza was not worthy of the name. Despite advertising josper and wood fired ovens what came was like a circle of cardboard entirely covered with tasteless cheese overly compensated with dried oregano and unremarkable pepperoni. I made my dissatisfaction known to wait staff and got a vague sorry. I complained at reception and I am glad to say that they rightly cancelled the bill. My thanks to Raul for sorting that out. But I think there are real issues of quality and service in the restaurant here especially given the relatively high prices charged and the otherwise high quality of the hotel

Very friendly and helpful welcome from Reception staff, Raul in particular. Easy parking. Large, comfortable well laid out room. Excellent spa facility. Great customer service from reception staff.

The room we had smelt of damp and door did not close but Juan managed to find us another room. The room felt dated and needed a refreshing. Breakfast goods tend to run out and not be replenished.
