Shared bathrooms, located not only on my floor, but either below or above me. Small cabins, absence of hooks or hangers to keep clothes away from water. No hooks, shelves, or closets in the room either.

Nice hostel conveniently located right next to a metro station. Immaculate rooms are cleaned every day, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff works for 24 hours. Amazing terrace upstairs, filling breakfast downstairs, and a spacious elevator to move between stores. Also, the hostel organizes many social events and activities, which makes it much easier for solo travellers to find a company to hang around.

The noise in the halls from the people coming from te bar, the little space in the bathroom to put some clothes without it getting wet. It needed some benches or something. Also the automatical tab was annoying... Either it didnt give water or it gave water when my toiletbag was inside the sink...

I really liked the staff. They were super friendly! Nothing was to much. They even send me an email with extra info about cascais. The free tea at the bar.

Maybe the Sintra tour is a little expensive for what you get. You can go there cheaper and enjoying all by yourself, maybe the tour can include the ticket to one castle at least.

All the decoration and facilities, i felt really good in the lobby, the terrace and the room. Also the team is super kind. All the team is great, but nothing like Adriana, she is just an amazing person, she gave me really nice tips to enjoy all my trip and stay in Lisbon, always with a fantastic energy :)

Nothing, everything was worth what I paid for, and more!😊 Looking back I could have spent an evening joining the others on the roofdeck or maybe a fado evening but was already exhausted from the events of the day 😄

The staff are friendy- they make time to show you around the hostel. And they have fun activities to do in the evenings. You get fresh linen on the bed everyday. For those who are not keen on this, you can always just put your belongings on the locked compartment under the bed. 🙂 But the cleanliness of the hostel was an amazing plus for me.

Well-organized hostel in great location. Hosts provide regular entertainments for guests. Beds have curtains which enables privacy to guests in rooms with unknown strangers which is a big plus for me.

Would be nice to maybe know that there is a fee you have to pay (in euros). Had to go to an ATM. Also they charge for towels. Other than that, fantastic experience.

Rachel/Julie were amazing! They were so kind from when I arrived to when I checked out. They even wrote me a list of recommendations for my next destination. The room itself was comfortable and clean. Really appreciate the hospitality received. Will be coming back next time I'm in Lisbon!

The hostel is just out of the centre (5 to 10 min walk). I didn't mind, but it's something to consider if you don't want that.

I felt very welcome. They showed me what the best places are in the city. To remote work, to eat, to visit. Their activities are fun too. The beds are comfy and the curtains make it private. Took a while to figure out the AC, but its very nice that there is one! Also very nice rooftop bar. And always free coffee and tea, i love that. So it got everything you want for a comfortable stay.

The place organizes all sort of events on different days and nights. You can always join an adventure such as pub crawl or a day trip to Sintra and Cabo da Roca and make new friends from all over the world. The place is very clean and has an amazing staff.

It was clean and beds were comfortable. The curtains on the beds give you privacy and make you more comfortable. The extras organised by the hostel like tapas and trips are a great way to meet new people. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Dormitory-style accommodations mean limited privacy, which may not be suitable for those who prefer more personal space but, then again, it's a F Hostel

I only stayed a night, but I can say that this is a very good place. What I liked most about this hostel was the staff! They are very nice, active and helpfull. I would like to mention Julie, who went out of her way to give me a help where I didn't ask her to do so. Her printed information were very usefull. My second day I noticed that they there was a guest at the reception who was rude and requested impossible things. He stayed there for hours. I honestly think that this guest had some mental health issues, but the way that the staff was treating him really deserves a spetial mention. They were all so polite and patient with him, much much more than he deserved. Really great people there!

The staff at at the hostel were very very helpful and they shared useful tips about all the places worth visiting while in Lisbon. The hostel was kept clean and the interior decor was aesthetically pleasing and modern. The hostel organises daily group activities which are great for bonding especially for solo travellers.

They also offer pub crawl nights and organized trips to Sintra, which are excellent for experiencing the local nightlife and culture. What truly stood out to me was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I accidentally left my AirPods on my bed when rushing to catch my flight, and a kind employee named Julie went above and beyond by sending them to me. I was incredibly grateful for this thoughtful gesture. Overall, this hostel provides a welcoming atmosphere, a convenient location, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Lisbon!

- Some marks/stains on the bed linen and rooms could smell stuffy - The doors are quite thin so you can hear others in the corridors although noise is generally kept to a minimum - Difficulty operating air con and no instructions within the dorm - Staff made up the beds/cleaned dorms however they kept moving personal items to different places around the dorm which was a bit annoying to find things (e.g clothing under pillows and toiletries pooled into one of the group’s wash-bag) It wasn’t fully clear when making a group booking that the property cannot guarantee all members of the party will be in the same dorm. Bed allocation depends on availability on the day of arrival. However, they will do their best to accommodate.
